It's not easy to find someone understand my needs especially with people who relocated from other country. The person who I communicate with is patient and explain to me in detail. Even though the product is new to me as it's not popular in China, I gain confidence from the salesperson. He suggested me to do it from demo account first. I like step-by-step approach instead of hard selling. Honestly, I checked with the other competitors but not many good are patient enough to explain and push me to set a live account.

Formax are one of the most professional brokers I have had an account with, execution is excellent, pricing is competitive, deposits and withdrawals are super fast and they have the best customer service I have experienced. Highly recommend!
