Wow just incredible, absolutely out of the blue they had just sent a notice for the termination of my account I had just found out a trading style for myself with a successful winning rate. It's not even like I was winning big amounts of money just using a micro account but had quite a high volume of trades and little winning profits and then completely unexpectedly they had closed all on going trades and sent me an email saying they have terminated our business relationship which the account will be suspended for 7 days and after I will get my money back (wonder how long that will take after the 7 days) with absolutely zero information or even hinting if I had done something wrong. They say they allow Hedging and Scalping. Guess not. Just another dodgy dealer with a lot of money spent on marketing, fake reviews and endorsements from "celebrities" (I wonder even if that is legitimate) Even if they had said it was a mistake or error on their part I wouldn't even trade with them ever again and can not recommend such an unstable attitude towards clients. Not even a single notice and I had not gone against any of their terms and conditions. Better to go with a more reputable company and build up your account status and not have the stress of gaining a high status and have it removed without further notice.
im one of the beginner and notice a lot of bad review on xm. however i find it very easy to deposit and withdraw. it took within hour to do both.

I have used XM and have loved it all along. I have opened multiple account, deposited money and at times left them with no money but have never received any complaint from the company. I would highly recommend XM. The contests are nice too. My preferred broker.
Watch out for XM.com. As you can see from the numerous grayed-out (and insanely positive) comments just in this comment section, they have a pattern of "black hatting" -- leaving numerous fake positive comments to obscure the fact that their brokerage is a scam. This has been reported by many sources, including Forex Peace Army, which monitors such things.
In addition, of course, they engage in all the usual scam-y activities: making it impossible for you to withdraw your money, closing accounts without warning, and so on (all of which is attested to in the previous comments in this section). In conclusion, stay far away from XM.com!

I have one request from XM.COM management to bring back my Leverage to the normal as I'm totally depends on scalping strategy and i used over my Leverage I hope XM.COM look again into my issue since I totally dont know when i used over the Leverage and I still waiting to resolve back my issue ... I have send email and I'm still waiting answer.

This Broker refuses to pay me when I withdraw,it is over 5days now.
They are Scam!!!!
They use the 30$ bonus to lure people and after you have deposited money and made profit,they will find one excuse to ripped you or deny you your fund.if you are still trading now they are waiting for time you will deposit large sum of money before they start their evil acts.Be warned!!!!
I advice caution when dealing with this broker. I recenty attempted to withdraw the paltry amount of $10 from my account using webmoney -the same webmoney account i used to fund the account- but the request as refused.
I was told to upload a screenshots of the webmoney account because the account webmoney account belongs to my brother who is my partner.
Detecting fraud, I wrote to xm, requesting to be allowed to withdraw only my deposit, forfeiting any profit... but i was sent a generic response.
It's really a great broker! Very fast execution, no requotes even in extreme market conditions. Withdraws to my NETELLER are usually processed within a couple of hours on working days. withdraws to bank account around 2 - 3 days. I have nothing but great experience with XM I've been a client for over 3 years now and have 2 accounts and have good contact with my account manager very friendly and polite. I don't know bout the others here but I see allot of negative comments, I think that the people might have done something which wasn't right or was against the terms & conditions. Read it closely to make sure that you're right or wrong before making claims this broker is a scam, cause it's really NOT! They also have a loyalty program. You get point on how much you volume you trade. Those point can be converted to real cash or credit equity. How longer you are client the more point you get per 1 standard lot traded. Its really great!!

Really, I have great experience with XM trading broker. It is very good broker and also number one broker in my country. In addition, I get all kind of trading opportunity from this regulated platform.
We can understand your frustration, however it is not fair to be calling a broker a “Scam” when the reason behind the issue relies on the fact that you have not informed us that you have closed your bank account you have initially deposited from.
In order to protect all parties against fraud and to comply with Directive DΙ144-2007-08 of 2012 of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and related EU regulations, XM will only process withdrawal/refunds back to the source of the original deposit according to the Withdrawal Priority Procedure. Thus your withdrawal was sent back to your account – which you have failed to inform us that it no longer exists.
I can see that the issue has been resolved and your withdrawal has been sent to you; so you are kindly requested to update your comment.
In order to avoid any future occurrence of a similar matter make sure you keep us informed in the case your banking details have changed.

These are just plain crooks, they stole my withdrawal money!!! I requested a withdrawal a month ago and I'm still waiting. After many exchanged emails with their back office, they assured me that the money are sent to my old expired debit card and my closed bank account, they even gave me reference numbers of the transactions, and guess what? I am just coming from my bank - they told me that there are NO SUCH TRANSACTIONS and that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT if my debit card and bank account has been closed. They advised me to request my money from xm. com and to quit ANY relations with them from now on, they are SCAMMERS!!! Why would they send my withdrawal to my old debit card which is expired??? They haven't sent anything, they're just lying to me and waisting my time and my bank accountant's time!!! STAY AWAY OF XM .COM! You are warned. They will just steal your money and waiste your time with their nonsense until you lose temper and decide that it's not worth dealing with them. I am 100% sure they have kept my money in their system and are just lying to me that they have sent them.
Mr. Chris Roubis they did that to me also.....did they returned to you your money after they closed your accounts?
The profits i made recently, I used to open accounts until such time i had 31 accounts. The Account Manager called sometime in between asking if i will deposit funds to the newly opened accounts, I said no that i was growing the fund from the profits, the conversation turned awkward and i sense he needs to tell me that i need to deposit funds....then the compliance department emailed me to limit my trades/orders to 200...which i followed. Then my account manager called me demanding I sent him an email asking him to close some of my accounts without plausible explanation. since i was following the compliance department's limit of less than 200 trades i ignored it, he did not say how many accounts i should close and again any plausible reason for it.
Last April 3 they closed all my accounts, while i had around 81 orders ( way below their 200 limit) I emailed them what was happening, and why did i see some notation that i was an "abuser".
Then April 6, 2015 i received the following:
I regret to inform you that because of the high frequency of transactions/orders you requested/performed, which have caused serious negative impact on performance of our servers, in order to protect the quality of execution and performance of our severs we have been forced to suspend your account.
Accordingly, we regret to inform you that, in accordance with the terms and conditions, we have decided, with immediate effect to close all of your trading Accounts with Trading Point.........
In view of the above, please note that you will be strictly prohibited from opening any new trading account(s) and trade with our company. Nonetheless, in cases where you may successfully open an account and trade with our company due to any technical and/or human error, we reserve every right to immediately close your account upon identification, nullify any profit/loss generated and refund the original amount of deposit, excluding any deposit and withdrawal charges, back to the same source of deposit.
Please note that, in accordance with the terms and conditions, our decisions are final and binding on all participants and that, other than the notification set forth herein, no further correspondence will be entered into.
I replied to them copy furnished the cysec, even knowing that they will have no further correspondence, in the following manner:
"Thank you for the feedback, however what about the balance for Account 13072655 it has $12.44?
So the problem is that your server cannot handle numerous accounts, YOU SHOULD STOP ADVERTISING THAT YOUR XM MT4 MULTI TERMINAL would work and can handle hundreds of accounts. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
I shall withdraw all the money left after you give feedback on the Account 13072655.
Don't worry I wont open an account with you people ever. IN RETURN FOR YOUR BAD SERVICE ( closing accounts without warning when the problem is in your end and categorizing me as ABUSER ---abuser of what?) I shall also make sure your office in the Philippines will have difficulty in securing clients.
I hope the people at CYSEC monitors this for the sake of the decent CYPRUS FOREX BROKERS."

Seriously, if XM.COM is a top broker, they ought to have a more powerful server that can handle numerous accounts from all over the world...I believe the server capacity issue is just a ruse, what they really want is to weed out small traders like me, who is now learning to make little profits.
