I did trade for 8 months with Gallant, after few months and when i start to ask for withdrawal then there it starts the real problems to appear. first 2 times I requested withdrawal where almost fine with some delay on the second one, when i closed my account few days ago and requested for withdrawal since 8th of August 2014 and until now still the status is pending and they didn't reply on my emails. the previous withdrawal took one month exactly and each time they come up with an excuse, the first excuse was please provide us with your bank account and not the Master card which we transferred to you the money the it first 2 times, then after 15 days they asked more information about my bank account which was not required on the withdrawal form, then they said sorry the bank account you provided was wrong so i sent the same information and after one month i received the withdrawal. now i am waiting my money as i closed the account and I got no respond from their side so far.
I cant help but say, Ive been with gallant capital for some time now, without issues and i see this guy adel putting negative reviews on all the brokers, so I dont know what to think....maybe hes actually working for another broker? Adel, why are you so happy to make bad reviews all over the forums online?
those people have canceled my profit and turn my balance from 32679 USD to 1279 USD, they blocked my account and freeze my withdrawal, and do not allow me to acceess my trading platform without any warning notice, and after that they sent me a statement of adjustment made on executed transactions and they went back 2 months ago, the reason for this adjustment is that there was errors on the prices provided, and there were errors in execution.
How they dare saying that the prices providing to us during two months time was incorrect?
How they dare confess to the customers who lost their money using these executed trade, that the money they lost was due to errors, and do they compensate those traders who lost their money?
those people misleading their customers by saying that they run market execution not instant execution and they run transparent market price, that is mean the prices we see on the platform are the same as the market execution.
Those people pretending they are a real STP Broker, mean having the prices not only one provider but to a pool of liquidity where there is multi -banks prices.
From this honest site, I want to ask the CEO of Gallant Capital Markets to review the case attentively, and would like to ask him is that a fair treatment? is that honest and trustfull? and ask him to call me because no body answering me although tens of messages, emails, phone calls and call requests.
I can be contacted on 61393247247 or email@example.com
I have been trading with Gallant for two months now and am very happy so. They have a free VPS which is nice because I run two different EA's and when I withdrew some profits, my money was sent back write away. GCMFX just added MYFX for the Mt4, has anyone used this before?
Please dont open with Gallant FX I lost all my money I was in drawdown and was holding till the market turns around spoke to the CEo and he promised that they are been bought over by CMS and told us we dont have to close our trades but to find out CMS were bought over By Gain and Gallant never informed the clients lost all my money. Please go with a reputed broker dont go with them they are crooks After that left several messages for th eCEo Sal never retunred the call will file a complaint to the CFTC. I wish all of them who work there loose all their money since they lied to all the customers.
My experience with now 3 live accounts with Gallant has always been good.
Most bank wires carry a hard cost from the banks. I am not sure what Susan means by "they charge you to put money in your account".
Gallant has both commission and non-commission feeds. Spreads are lower with a commission feed. That is the case with ALL STP brokers.
If you close an account, the only cost again are bank wire fees charged by the banks. You can also choose to receive a check.
For that matter, you can fund an account with a check as well.
Customer service is great. I can contact them by phone, email or skype.
I highly recommend Gallant as an STP broker that does not trade against clients like the market makers do.
I cannot recommend Gallant.
They take more than their fare share of your money.
They charge you to put money into the account. They take a commision as well as a spread. There is a difference in what I make on my trades in a
demo and on a live account making the same trades.
I am sure they will charge me money to close my acount, if I can get someone to answer my request to close my account.
Customer service is almost non existant unless it is putting money in their pocket. Donot use Gallant, you will have nothing but frustrations...
I've had GallantFX for almost 7 Months. I use a Sprint data card for my internet connection and I have The Gallant VPS also. I have had no problems
with them except when they changed over to web based and my Windows XP system had a problem connecting to the VPS. Their Techs worked remotely thru my computer and fix the problem in 30 minutes. I run EA's both on the VPS and thru my laptop and never have a problem.
I've been trading with these guys for many months now and have nothing but great success with them. No accounting issues, no problems at all. And I've always got pleasant and prompt support from them.
I think the "forex robot" industry has a way of attracting a lot of very novice traders who not out of malice, but out of inexperience, can often misunderstand certain issues when trading and end up pointing fingers in the wrong direction when things go wrong.
Just something to consider when reading any negative (or positive) reviews online. We never really know the experience level of the person making the comment.
P.S. And their straight through processing (STP) is awesome!
I have had an account with Gallant now for over 6 months and have direct contact with the CEO. My recommendation is to always go direct to the source rather than complaining on a forum.
Gallant now has a brand new site and unlike most other brokers they offer STP (Straight Through Processing). As a result, they do not trade against their clients.
The VPS is the only one of its kind available at this time that is 100% web-based.
As Jean from NY said, Gallant is NOT your typical broker and that is a GOOD thing!
Contact them and find out for yourself.
Does anyone have any input on the free vps that they give out to customers?
I'm amazed at how many questionable postings I see about Gallant - I've been with them for a number of months, and have no issues with with drawing money I made or getting support. I think most of the bad postings I've seen are competitors trying to take a few swings at them.
I am doing investigative due diligence on this broker because it was recommended by NuuVoTek (Holy Grail Auto Trade FXSystem) along with another broker (FXTrading/FXTech Trading), and what I am finding is a lot of "bad press" on both of these brokers, which leads me to believe that the whole bunch is in some sort of collaborative working arrangement. It sure doesn't give a person warm fuzzies like FXCM or InterBank FX who are two of the top two FX brokers.
I've been trading with them for a few months and had no problem when withdrawing funds I made on winning trades.
Jean from New York, could you elaborate a little on your post please.
