Its not wise to use trading point as a broker, they spread is very high, if you compare with other broker like hot forex which offer low spread.

Dear Dung,

We would like to bring to your attention that a lot of clients you introduced to XEMarkets have failed to use the affiliate tracking link and as result your clients were not automatically classified under you in the affiliate program.

You have been asked by our affiliate manager to contact your clients and inform them to contact their account manager and ask for their account to be moved under you as an affiliate.

However, there were some clients that, as per the rules for all affiliates, could not be moved under your affiliate account as they belong to another affiliates/IB’s or campaigns

.

The above is a summary of the numerous explanations which have been given to you. It is absolutely clear that a client cannot be assigned to an IB /affiliate when he belongs to a different IB/Affiliate or campaign already. It is simply unethical and unfair for any IB/affiliate to have clients removed from his account and moved to a new IB/Affiliate account.

They are saying i m using 3rd party deposit. i have attach screenshot of my gmail account also of xemarkets and LibertyReserve.

i was deposit 100$ to xemarkets and i start trading i got 108$ Profit when i withdraw 208$ on 8th May than they send me only 100$ on 13th May by saying that i m using third party deposit... Please Help Me...I m not using any third party deposit Payment System you can see i have attach my screenshot with Red Highlighted Xemarkets Account Name & LibertyReserve Account Name are same See Below...

My partner introduced customers to Xemarkets, I have worked with many brokers, so I do not doubt.

After their introduction to a lot of customers, fraud Xemarkets had initially they cut a lot of commissions from customers,will have a lot of accounts opened under the management of non-IB, then they are not as bold as commissions paid to IB, I had to talk a lot with their support is Matthew Lawrence, he tried every way to deny commission for IB. after checking I see a lot of fraudulent client account,If you intend to open an account should be careful to work with this broker.

Kindly note that during extreme market conditions drastic and unexpected price fluctuations may occur that can cause spikes. As a pertinent result, you may experience fictive price quotes during such periods. We would like to inform you that our best aim is to take immediate action and rectify such cases and provide you with the correct market prices at all times. Should any spikes occur, our Back Office will handle all trading accounts that may have been affected and notify clients within 24 hours following the occurrence.

In regards to your case, you have been notified on the 5th of March that your account is under investigation due to the fact that your order was placed on an off market price. Kindly note that you were trading during major news release about Non-Farm Payrolls thus price fluctuations are expected. As such we have adjusted your ticket and informed you of the changes. Xemarkets-Totally scammer. on 5ht April I place two orders in Gold and cloed that order with profit. But an hour later I found that Xem changed my account history. They changed my price from 1566.14 to 1565.78 which cost me almost $72. In my secong order which I was having profit of $1662 was totally deleted. I"ve all the snapshot. I"ve contacted with them regarding this matter but they replied me that they will no longer response about this matter anymore. Oh another thing recently I found that they also changing Buy stop/Sell stop prices. After execution sometimes you wont get the price you put as buy/sell stop. Guyz those who are with this broker be aware and if possible withdraw all your money from here.

These are the new thieves in town. if you like your money you better run and keep running from this broker.I have accounts with them with a scalping EA. You should see the expert log: reqoutes upon reqoutes, slippages and Invalid stops. My friends using the same setting are getting by far a better results.This broker is certainly something else.
