VantageFx are total scammers. Stay away from this thieves.
My story looks like this: before I've started trading with them I had asked them if any method and strategy is accepted by them. The answer was of course: YES (probably because they feel like they will get money from me). After some months of trading and making a profit first they delayed my open/close time up to 10 seconds!!!
And they said that they have best exec time among brokers - what a laugh, of course before I made profits execution was fast. Then after some time they freezed my account and took from it 815$ ! I had like +680$ of profit with them only.
They said it's because I violeted some of they rules but they were never up to say what is going on. I had trades lasted up to 12/15 minutes they were also deleted.
At the end of the day, this thieves and scammers just stole money from me.
What's even worse they claim they have FSA (they regulatory) acceptance on this.
This is truly unbelieveble. If You are serious about making money in Forex don't even consider opening live account with them.
I hope they soon will be punished with some kind of fine from regulatory for this unethical behaviour, but even that I would never come back to them.

I am happy to recommend vantage fx. I have been trading with them for 6 months now and have also started to trade binary options on their mt4 platform.
Such a relief trading with vantagefx and no longer using HotForex who pretend to be STP.
My platform is always up and running and extreemly quick trade execution.
I’ve been a Vantage client trading a 7 figure account for a few months now and myself having been at 3 other Forex brokers over the past few years I have the following to say about Vantage FX in particular.
The customer service is the very best. 1 of my previous brokers was crap customer service. Another one was o.k. and the 3rd one was very good but had bad spreads when I compared them to Vantage. But Vantage FX is the very best I must say. I would be surprised if anyone slanted or slighted Vantage customer service as they answer the phone every time you call and give you clear concise answers every time. No BS. My rep is very very good. Often, he will call me to see how things are going. Find another Forex brokers that does that ? Not many will.
There are many things that are vital to Forex trading and I have found all to be satisfactory or even superior at Vantage. Security & Stability, Spreads and Execution
The spreads are the best I have found at Vantage and this includes when you add the commission, the spreads are still very very competitive if not the best you will find anywhere. Simply check it out on the websites and compare for yourself.
Execution is very fast. Do not worry about that. I did some research on Vantage and they are probably one of he highest liquidity brokers there are ( about 80 liquidity channels ) which means their straight through model is very fast. Orders are filled fast and I have not had a trade reversed yet and I have done thousands of trades at Vantage. I have not had any problems and I do 100’s of trades a day. Their META 4 will show you that there are about 8 global servers that you can hop to and connection quality is very good.
Security of funds is most vital since what is the point of making money if your 3rd world broker shuts down and runs away? When it does happen, you can kiss your money goodbye. Only go with registered brokers in Australia, the EU, USA and Canada for example. Forget the islands. Forget Russian and Eastern Europe Forex brokers. You will lose and its simply too risky plus they are not offering you anything better than you can get at Vantage with the exception of stupid leverage which will come back and kill you anyhow.
Vantage is a broker and not a market maker so you don’t have to worry about them dealing against you. They make money on the commission and therefore, that is why they offer you money winning spreads even when you figure the commission as I previously mentioned.
Finally, my only complaint with Vantage ( and it is me personally ) is that the platform COULD use some sprucing up a bit. I have been spoiled at other brokers so I know that the Vantage platform is not quite as good as it could be but then again, it is not horrible either. Just could be improved. I just wish that they would improve it and I have told them so. Many times. If they improve the platform experience then they will be tops in my opinion 360 degrees around.
They should change the “30 pips from closing” message on the META 4 window to what it really is and that is just 3 pips.

Vantage FX is a great broker and I have never had any issues with them. I have made money and been able to easily withdraw funds. GREAT customer service, by far the best out and yes I have tried a few brokers.
After reading A. from Romania's post, I contacted Vantage FX to ask them about PAYPAL and they confirmed they did use to provide funding via PAYPAL, however PAYPAL has terminated the account as they no longer want to be aligned with forex brokers. I have noticed a few brokers on here also removing the PAYPAL support.
I've been using couple of other brokers before, but they were never quite right for me. Then I started with Vantage and everything was so much better. Their platform is great, customer service is good and haven't had any problems so I would recommend Vantage.
if u are looking for a GREAT broker, vantage is the one.. i tried several top rated brokers before but none is better than VANTAGEFX.
Vantage has NO PayPal account.
Ok, two things:
1) On Dec. 14, 2010, Simon from Sydney claimed that he funded his account at Vantage FX through Paypal. That's nonsense, as you can check for yourselves that Vantage FX does not accept funding through Paypal (www.vantagefx.com > Get trading > Deposit)
2) Almost all of the reviews here are written in pretty good English, which is surprising for people from Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Macao, Kyoto.
These "reviews" don't look very honest to me. Plus, they are waaay too positive, their vast majority. Come on, Vantage, you can do better than being so obvious!
PS: Apparently, everybody here thanks only Alistair and Darren. Should I understand that 2 employees are enough to satisfy all their customers? How many customers have they got then: 10, 20?
I am very pleased with vantagefx, their supporting staff Darren, ALastair and the whole team.
A week back there had been some technical issues with Metatrader4 platform and I had open trades that time. The Platform got closed for more than 3 hrs and later on too for three days i had some issues.
Due to this problem I had to incur losses.
But knowing Vantagefx for quite long I did not worry.
I took up the matter and explained what happened to the open trades and loss incured. After few days, Alastair called me and said Vantagefx is pleased to compensate whatever losses incured due to technical issues.
I would say this Broker is simply great and would advise all to use Vanatgefx/Australia for their trading.
This is my second review about this broker.

I am pretty new into FX trading, and so far my experience with Vantage FX has been nothing but GREAT. Opening an account with them is reasonably straight forward (filled in an online form), and their online support is very useful too.
Special thanks to account manager Alastair M for being very proactive in following up and responding to my queries etc.
Will definitely recommend Vantage FX to anyone that's keen to get into trading.
I like Vantage because they are always helpful, they also allow me to use my scalping EA and their executions are also very good.
My wife and have had a bad experience with another broker, so before opening an account with Vantage FX we were very careful and even visited their Sydney office. I have to say they run a very clean business and were very professional in every way. I was in their office for around 1hr and my account was opened on the spot. Everything was well organised and my wife and I were even given a coffee whilst we discussed a few things with my new account manager. It was very nice to have the old fashion customer service and care.
The execution so far has been nothing except fast. I had one problem initially with trying to log-on however that was quickly fixed. I have been trading so far for one month and will update my post with any changes or additional comments.
Keep up the superb old fashion customer service. A+ from my wife and I.

hi, same thing of profit canceling happened with me in axitrader, vantagefx and thinkforex.
the common thing in all these 4 brokers that these r from so called australia.
now i will never use any australian forex broker. and i want to tell every trader that please avoid every australian broker
and tell and spread the message everywhere that that every australian broker is fraud and cheater.
they wasted my time and money.
i never used any arbitrage ea. i used simple ea which can make profit.
and after few months i got mail that they suspended my account and they will cancel all profit.
there r many broker so why u r still using these cheaters australian broker who can cancel ur all profit any time.
choose any broker but never choose any australian broker.
they will not only cancel ur profit but also dint give u withdraw of ur deposited fund for 90 days.
they took my whole money profit and deposit both.
