Vantage FX — Forex Broker

Vantage has NO PayPal account.

Ok, two things:

1) On Dec. 14, 2010, Simon from Sydney claimed that he funded his account at Vantage FX through Paypal. That's nonsense, as you can check for yourselves that Vantage FX does not accept funding through Paypal (www.vantagefx.com > Get trading > Deposit)

2) Almost all of the reviews here are written in pretty good English, which is surprising for people from Buenos Aires, Sao Paolo, Macao, Kyoto.

These "reviews" don't look very honest to me. Plus, they are waaay too positive, their vast majority. Come on, Vantage, you can do better than being so obvious!

PS: Apparently, everybody here thanks only Alistair and Darren. Should I understand that 2 employees are enough to satisfy all their customers? How many customers have they got then: 10, 20?

I am very pleased with vantagefx, their supporting staff Darren, ALastair and the whole team.

A week back there had been some technical issues with Metatrader4 platform and I had open trades that time. The Platform got closed for more than 3 hrs and later on too for three days i had some issues.

Due to this problem I had to incur losses.

But knowing Vantagefx for quite long I did not worry.

I took up the matter and explained what happened to the open trades and loss incured. After few days, Alastair called me and said Vantagefx is pleased to compensate whatever losses incured due to technical issues.

I would say this Broker is simply great and would advise all to use Vanatgefx/Australia for their trading.

I am pretty new into FX trading, and so far my experience with Vantage FX has been nothing but GREAT. Opening an account with them is reasonably straight forward (filled in an online form), and their online support is very useful too.

Special thanks to account manager Alastair M for being very proactive in following up and responding to my queries etc.

Will definitely recommend Vantage FX to anyone that's keen to get into trading.

I like Vantage because they are always helpful, they also allow me to use my scalping EA and their executions are also very good.

My wife and have had a bad experience with another broker, so before opening an account with Vantage FX we were very careful and even visited their Sydney office. I have to say they run a very clean business and were very professional in every way. I was in their office for around 1hr and my account was opened on the spot. Everything was well organised and my wife and I were even given a coffee whilst we discussed a few things with my new account manager. It was very nice to have the old fashion customer service and care.

The execution so far has been nothing except fast. I had one problem initially with trying to log-on however that was quickly fixed. I have been trading so far for one month and will update my post with any changes or additional comments.

Keep up the superb old fashion customer service. A+ from my wife and I.

I like trading on vantage fx platform because my spreads are good and i always make money. I am happy to make money. The people who help me on phone are very nice to me and help me with any question. I have taken out money 2 time with no problem. Thank you Mr Alastair for help me open account.

All I can say is EXCELLENT customer service, by far the BEST spreads and the EASIEST for funding and withdrawals. One of the only brokers to offer 500:1 leverage with no hassels.

Very happy to recommend Vantage FX to all fellow traders. Their spreads are the tightest I have seen and execution is instant. They also have the best customer service and great cash bonus credits.

Vantage provides a very good support service and i run a VPS through one of my reps contact in Aus, no problem with connectivity and no down time once in 6 weeks.

My EA trades well on there server as well, i definately thing they are better than my previous brokers on there spreads

Lots of disconnect every day. Only few seconds each time but annoying. good spread, but they give bad execution. Very slow. I use vps in Australia but not good still. closing account because other broker is much better.

I have been trading forex for about 5 years with a few brokers in the past and only recently opened an account with Vanatge FX. The account opening process was simply and easy. And the spread is the best i have seen so far. I am very happy with Vantage FX.

Very happy with Vantage FX. Great spreads, easy to fund, trouble free platform and good customer service.

I was using UK broker and had terrible experience. Since then i moved to vantage about a year ago. I found vantage platform has been very good fast and no slippage at all. Their spreads are very low for mejority of pairs.

I need to mention about the support staff. The team consisting of Darren, Alastair and others have been very good and supportive. "Trust worthy". I will not hesitate to recommend this broker to my friends.

I have been trading for some time within both upside and downside with various other brokers and only recently opened a live trading account with Vantage FX. I must say I think their MT4 platform is great and all in all they are a streamlined outfit with excellent spreads and good execution. I was interested to read a post above about leverage, having been trading for a while now I simply asked for their levarge bands which my broker immediately sent me (I think this illustrates they take the risk of their clients very seriously) I am very happy and look forward to making money moving forward.
