this broker is shady to say the least! this happend to a friend of a friend, I have no reason to doubt this would not be true, this guy deposited 10000 dollars to this broker, this was his first try at the market, he asked if the transaction would be safe? they ensured him it was perfectly safe and was very friendly and helpful about it, he deposited the money but somehow the money never reached his acount, they just wanished, and there after they wasnt so friendly suddenly, and didn't want to admit any misstakes from their side, they don't ansver emails from him anymore and when he call they put him on hold for hours and he never get to speak with anyone, the guys money still havent shown up what I know of. further, the minimum deposit sum is redicilously huge, these guys are scum
They have just paid out some of the Investors who lost money in GFX. Will they pay the rest. £6.4 million between 325 leaving around 450 who haven;t been paid.
What should they do to get some of their money back.
Please stay away from Saxobank. It is the worth broker ever. It takes only few second to deposit your account, but it is extremely difficult to withdraw cash from your account. I withdrawn my money last week, but haven't got any money so far and I am not sure if I would get it.
I have called them several times, and they said everytime I called that you would get money today, but money never be transferred to my bank account.
The platform is horrible, too many errors and delay. I have experienced an error such as "internal server error". You cannot place an order, cancel an order or even change your stop loss, unless you sign out and sign in again.
You stop loss does not stop at the point you set, and you will always loose money more than you have set your stop loss.
They wrote on their website, that the minimum deposit is 2000 USD, but this account is not available, and they will ask you to pay 10000 USD for deposit.
Saxobank is SCAMP. Please stay away from them.
If you trade FX. STAY AWAY. Worst ever
Platform is bullshit - shows different prices on different time frames.
Choose some prof. platform or provider with MT4.
Btw. spreads are doubled against average.

They are the worst broker I have come across. They seem to activate my stop losses and profit from it. When I bought index CFDs and when the market went up, they said that they received incorrect feeds from their MM.
They cancelled my successful trades after 60 mins and then put my original orders back.
Aren't they a MM anyway ?

I have been trading cfds and forex with Saxo bank for last three years and found them excellent whenever I wanted to withdraw money it is transferred into my bank a/c within two hours executions are fast and perfect no doubt best broker for retail traders
