READ THE FINE PRINT. You cant take profits from the "free money" and you cannot scalp. Most of the people who lose here cry poor mouth without accepting the terms of trade. I make 10,000 a week here and love it. Provide proof of identity upfront, pay by visa....only have one account and all will be well. for those who like to get into the analysis and study markets, maybe go elsewhere. They ARE now registered by FSA and have mostly had problems with non conformity and idiots who dont understand anything. Yes, there are much better brokers and cheaper, but for simplicity and the beginner it is perfect. There are others to be fearful of.....but the market is the biggest theif.

I am using plus500 for the past 3 weeks. I have started with 200 DHS. And after one week my balance turned to 700 so I have again deposited 500 AED. And begining of this week my Balance became 1600 AED. So I tried to transfer AED 500 to my paypal account. But after 40 hours they took my 500 DHS and the status shows cancelled. But the money didn't go to my paypal account or not deposited back to my plus 500 account. Its cheating. I think plus 500 is a scam. They took my passport copy, telephone bills and Copy of credit card and documents. But I don't know why they are taking customers money. It is not fair. Can anyone help me to take back that money from them ?

I am only using the demo version so far of plus500. at the beginning it was ok, until i got a error and i cannot open my account any more. I sent an email to them about 1 day ago and have not received a reply as yet. my fire wall blocked their site as well because it says that, this site is fake and not secure and it can harm you computer. the software i downloaded on my computer does not open any more an error come up. i did not have this problem before, only when i was making alot of money even if it is a demo account i started to have these problems. i cannot even log on to my demo account. for now i am only playing and i was making alot of money on the demo version, but i have not tried the real money version. too many bad reviews about plus500 and i am not sure if i want to switch to real money.

I have used Plus 500 for a year now. I began by depositing £100, which i turned into £1400 and requested to withdraw. Three days later the money was deposited to my account.

I have moved large sums of money in and out of Plus 500 and i've never had a single problem. Today my trading account has £476,532.76 and i'm not worried in the least about its safety!

After learning about MF Global, i have to think Plus 500 is the best trading account in the UK.

I have started using plus500 properly from october 1st. I made over £100 profit after depositing £100. Yes you need to have the required documents in order to withdraw your money. I've tried withdrawing my money, it was fully proccessed sucessfully in 3 days.

Well, I'd like to give my experiences of Plus500. I have never used their trading platform but I just clicked on their "affiliates" link as I WAS interested in promoting them on my websites.

On their affiliates screen is a chat box so you can speak to one of their representatives. I clicked on this and started chatting, what happened next was one of the most random experiences of my life.

The operator threw a few inappropriate auto messages at me that were nothing to do with what I was asking. They then claimed to know nothing about their services, kept throwing more automessages at me and made comments that made absolutely no sense. They did speak perfect English though so it wasn't a 'lost in translation' moment.

It was as if somebody had hacked into their system or something but surely this is not possible. This did cross my mind so I asked them who they work for and they sent another automated message telling me (for the fifth time) how I can sign up.

The ten minutes I spent on IM with them was like a really surreal dream and I only stayed on there because i was tried to figure out what was going on. I never will. Too bad there wasn't an option to email the transcript!!

Welcome to Plus500!!

Sue, yes you are requiered to upload document which confirm personal details which you provided to them durring registration. Its needed to protect platform from abusing use of fraudsters.

Regarding my opinion, Plus500UK is a legit trading platform, i didnt had any bad experiences with them.

A friend invested some money with PLUS500. She wanted to withdraw money from them after learning about them from reviews and doing some research, and they need a copy of her passport/id...is all this necessary? She is quite concerned that she will lose the money that she has invested. Is this legit?

It's not a scam, they're regulated by the FSA in London.

goto http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmRefSearch.do enter 509909 as the reference number.

It seems like their customer services leave a lot to be desired though, so wouldn't tie up a lot of money with them.

Be warned, CFD's are only legal in United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, France, Ireland, Japan and Spain.

They do say all this on their website, but they'll take your money before checking that you are able to trade with them!

I only have a demo account at the moment, but I'll be opening a real account with them soon.

I agree plus 500 are con artists. Did you know if you have less than £128 you can't withdraw it? Their software stops working first so you can't access your account then their "customer service" is an absolute joke and they will ignore you once you ask them specific questions.

i HAVE RAISED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN. BE WARNED.
