I had a pretty good experience using plus500, their account verification process is fast and the withdrawal is also considerably quick. I used PayPal as payment method, deposit were made instantly and the withdrawal took 3 days, exactly as their customer support advised. All transactions went very smoothly, without any hassle at all. Their customer support always responded to my queries within 12 hours. The the platform is the only thing that they should improve rapidly, especially the graphs and the indicators.
These guys are useless.
To everyone saying that us people are just sore losers, I can't see how that applies to most people as they've turned a PROFIT and were unable to withdraw it.
I've made one successful withdraw a few months back, went to do the same a few days ago and logged on to the platform to see it had been cancelled. No email informing me at all!
Sent an email to their "customer services" department but as I've had dealings with these cretins before (for my ID), I decided to visit the FSA website to get their number.
The guy on the phone seemed insulted that I'd even call them up with a problem/question and was as useless as all the other people working for them.
I personally wouldn't go with these guys, just because they are registered with the FSA doesn't mean they care about your money, think high street banks...
Also, if you check the FSA website, they were fined over £200,000 as a disciplinary.
Yeah, these guys are fantastic and honest CFDs...
For those of you who can spot sarcasm. don't sign up to these guys.
Can anyone guide me to withdraw my money. I deposited about $4,000 and I made about $1,500. I tried to withdraw my money. They said money was wired transferred to my account but it's not in my account and it's more than a month. Plus, they stopped replying me back? Please advise.
Hi
I have recently started out with plus500, the "money account". I have read all the negative reviews and was pretty scared that I would loose my deposits (2000 Swedish kronars).
So I contacted FSI, got the officenumber to plus500 and called them up; I talked pretty angrily and strict with them to see if I could spot something suspicious. Everything sounded good but I was still not sure....
Anyways I thought to myself that 2000 kr wasn't that much anyway, and because their platform is great I was willing to take that risk.
After two days I was on 4 825 kr (thank you DELL&HP) and tried to withdraw the money (2 825 kr). The withdraw stood on "pending" for about 2 days so I called them up, again...speaking very strict, and asked them why my money hasn't arrived yet. They told me that their office was closed (the time was 23:54 gmt, so I don't blame them).
Anyways, the next day I got an email that said "withdraw proceeded (settled)". I also read that it would take a couple of days to get the cash....so I waited. Today the 2 825 kr had arrived in my bank account. A big stone has lifted from my heart...PJUHH!
Btw I did read that Plus500 hated scalping (even though they didn't describe how long time would define a scalp....that's really bad), so I was really strict with not making any "minute long" investments.
Well Well, plus500 has worked for me atleast
Great luck to everybody
Let's concentrate on the upcoming earnings season (oct-sept)
Note to people with bad comments... If you walk in to your bank and ask them for 500 (pounds, euros, dollars) they would ask you to prove you are you. Same here. I'm happy they don't give my money to anyone who asks. I deposited £400 about 18 months ago and it dropped to £240 (my own fault) so I asked to withdraw it. They asked me for copies of c/card, passport etc. I scanned the documents and sent to them, next day they approved my withdrawal and 5 days later the money was in my bank. I have now re-deposited some money in and continue to trade (up some weeks, down the next) in the hope I will discover some hidden secret to make me a load of money. I have no other broker to compare them to but I hope they all do checks before sending money out!!!
Look like to me as a scam.
"Customer Money – your deposits/remittances
Plus500 separates customers money from its own using a fully segregated bank account held at Barclays Bank plc. Customer’s funds are protected in the unlikely event of Plus500 encountering financial difficulty. In addition, customers are also protected by the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme to which Plus500 contributes. 100% of the first GBP 50,000 of each customer’s deposit is guaranteed, ultimately by the UK Government. Further information is available at fscs.org.uk"
Very good service, eccellente demo and explanation regarding how to use the plus500 service. Easy to cash in any sum of money. They take passaport copy etc...
Impossible to get money bank or withdraw money from a plus500.
However I understood that the service is under FSA rules and the UK’s Financial Services have Compensation Scheme meaning that you can complain and get money back. Also another tip will be writing a complain letter to plus500 make a copy to send in writing to ministry of Justice to report the scam company.
I opened my account five weeks earlier, comlpeted my identification documents i.e passport, driving licence and phone check. After that I deposited £4900 from my debit card and started trading. To me its platform is simple, quite informative and clear screen. The best trading screen I found. Just to see the withdrawal service I requested for £5000 and within 05 working days the amount was in my account. I am very happy with Plus500.

I opened an account around a month ago and to be fair to Plus500 they 'DO' require certain documents and if you don't supply those docs then forget withdrawring your cash. Obviously it's easy to deposit cash. Please remember that you have to supply, for example, the following: Passport, drivers licence, utility bill with address, credit card information (front and back) BEFORE you can withdraw.
I'm currently in the process of withdrawing cash to paypal so fingers crossed. READ the terms and conditions as I'm pretty sure that we all rush in without thinking and then COMPLAIN when we don't agree with something.
I also called the FSA and although they do not require Plus500 to have the above documents many establishments do... so them basically blanket term 'our regulators require'... they don't. Plus500, however, do.
I hope this review helps as Plus500 ARE regulated by the FSA are are pretty safe to use. Other than that double check the stock price at the time of purchase as I feel that there's something else going on with that (Hint).
This company is definatly a scam. now that iv'e unsuccefully tried withdrawing my money, unsuccefully tried contacting them many times. i can say with confidens that this is 100% scam.
Be very carefull!
it is hard to get the money back into your bank account. I had to contact few people including FSA to get hold of plus500. They never answer any e-mail and there is no telephone number published anywhere.
If you would like to call plus500 the telephone number is 02077549177 - +442077549177 from outside uk. On their website is only showing the fax number. I had to call FSA to get their telephone number.
Call plus500 telephone +442077549177 for any problem
I got 25eur bonus i collected the 60 point's required to withdraw the earnings. At the beginning when i wanted to transfer the money to my account in Mcedonia i was not able to do it because of some unclear things, so i tried on friend's a account in Itally. It has been accepted and sent without asking me anything. I'm expecting the money this week, so probably the country that you are from is very important.
I think that Plus500 is not a scam
My personal experience and I can't say others negative comments are not true but I had no issues whatever with them. Deposited by Mastercard, made a profit, the deposit was returned (will only do this back to your Mastercard) and the profit sent by wire transfer at my request. I did not scalp (close within a few minutes of opening) and did not try to withdraw my free bonus and despite nervousness due to some of the comments above, it worked as you'd expect. Knowing they are FSA registered is a comfort for me.
READ THE FINE PRINT. You cant take profits from the "free money" and you cannot scalp. Most of the people who lose here cry poor mouth without accepting the terms of trade. I make 10,000 a week here and love it. Provide proof of identity upfront, pay by visa....only have one account and all will be well. for those who like to get into the analysis and study markets, maybe go elsewhere. They ARE now registered by FSA and have mostly had problems with non conformity and idiots who dont understand anything. Yes, there are much better brokers and cheaper, but for simplicity and the beginner it is perfect. There are others to be fearful of.....but the market is the biggest theif.

STAY AWAY...totally a very clever scam company....when you loose everything its ok but IF YOU WIN...without reason...without warning they will just block your account...as happened with me and many users who have won
