I predict this company will be the biggest FX and CFD broker in the market within a few years. There customer service is brilliant and there platforms, spreads, speaed of transactions, withdrawals is the best ive experienced. This is from a guy who has consitently made profits since metatrader 1 was the newest thing out there! My money is safe as they are FSA registered too.
I've been with many different brokers and have finally settled with One Financial. Surprised to hear complaints with London office, if im away from my computer I can call london and trade over the phone with them and they're always very friendly! Just switched back from mt4 to there Java platform which is smooth and execution is lightning quick!
One Financial Brokerage Platform for Forex or www.onecfd.com is non customer freindly company. I have a very bad experience with the team in London base, even though their marketing team based out of Dubai are very freindly. I Do Not recommend any one to use their platform which full of bugs and hangs quite often that makes it impossible to day trade. There are many other firms much better than One Financial Crap

I have very bad experience with both One Financial and their agent in Kuwait (Wataniya United Group). Both of them are liars and what they tell you before opening the account you find that it's different after opening it. Moreover, their platform freezes whenever there's big news, the moment the figure is published, the platform goes off and never gets back before around 15 minutes. I encountered this three times within only one month. And when I decided to withdraw my money, they sent them to me with $150 deducted, and when I tried to contact them via email nobody replied to me. It's been now over two weeks and I didn't get any reply as to why the $150 was deducted. I don't recommend this company to anyone, specially if you are in Kuwait, Wataniya United group have a very fancy Office, and the atmosphere is great in there, but they are bunch of stupid people who know nothing about forex, and everything they tell you is a lie, it's unbelievable the amount of lies that you will discover after you open the account with them. Both companies are Unreliable and I don't recommend them to anyone, they'll try to screw you or squeeze any amount of money from you if you decided to leave them
