when I lost internet connection I called him up and he helped to close my position over the phone.
The execution speed and spreads are one of the best on the market.
And on top of this I got 50% bonus for trading.
I have account with 7 other broker but they are my favorite.
i opened an account with Ironfx 2 years ago,and during this two years, i have opened other accounts with many brokers, like fxcm, fxpro, after testing their trading accounts and client services, i chose ironfx as my brokerage. for me, client service is the most important, i receive very good service from my account manager, Mr.zhang, i can reach him even in the weekend, surprise me !!! during last week, i read about financial problem in Cyprus, i immediately call Zhang, he explained to me the situation that both ironfx and my fund are deposited in reputable bank outside Cyprus, but i still want to try myself, so i decided to withdraw my fund, and i received my fund after 1 day, NOW i feel safe and when i checked my bank details and found out the fund is transfer from Swiss UBS, great service and honest from Ironfx. thanks all.
Excellent broker. Have used it many times. Always easy to deposit and withdraw. Have used their research and promotions. Account manager has been helpful, quick in responding and professional. Trading execution is also fast. A serious broker in my view

Brothers this is scam broker not giving me my money stay away from them not safe company I try to report this to regulated CYSEC and FSA because Ironfx they tell me lie too many times to make me deposit but close my position because say I take too much bonus, why you give me bonus and then take away. NOT LIKE profitable trader. HARAM scam broker. They take from me 12000 dollars and close my account after profitable I trust their manager but he scam me.
I am a VIP FxPro client and these brokers have got my information from some source as from what I see many of their employees belong to Fxpro. UNETHICAL.
The calling and the emailing from them does not STOP.
They keep on bothering me non stop to move my account to them and they will give me special benefits;
I have said No more than 20 times this supposing account manager keeps on calling me saying Fxpro will close down and I should come to them.
Passing on peoples details is not ethical and even more its not nice to be called so many times just because some account manager knows your details and your deposit amounts at your broker.
This has happened to 2 more Chinese people and its simply not ethical. I raise this issue here and other forums and I will also raise this to CySec. I have already told my current manager at Fxpro and he said its a known issue and they are at court with them.
Iam a long-term trader with primarily Forex.com and IBFX. Started trading with IronFX since beginning of January primarily manual large lots short JPY. No issues with trading or execution, have also use Martingale EA on a separate algo account. Total profits to date on the short JPY trade c. $186,000 of which have withdrawn without any issues $100,000. Love their VPS service for EAs and super-fast execution with Asia-primed servers. My Account Manager always on call 24/7 (try it yourselves!) and willing to solve any questions, both in native (Mandarin) but also English as i was raised in the UK. Recent investment in servers shows with the accurate execution and the speed of trade especially on EA. Love them and love their profits. Have already started the process to move all my trading accounts to them.
Ive been trading with them for 5 months now and never faced any issues. Have a fixed spread account at 1.5 pips . The night, spreads gets higher but tell me who doesn't do it. I think it's justified and iron remain competitive even with the night spread. Sounds good to me and leaned not to Judge until I see it by my eyes.
So far so good.
This is the worst broker I have ever been with... I can't believe all these positive rating, to my opinion they are all fabricated by the Ironfx employees or affiliates.
This broker is a total bucket shop. Those hungry Cyprus dogs lay their bait by providing you 100% bonus to lure your money in and then slowly chew you off to the last bite by hunting your SL, widening spreads, and giving you the slowest execution speed you have ever seen in this industry. I am a real person and pro trader, I have solid proof about what I have mentioned above including screen shots of every event I have encountered with these thieves... I challenge Earnforex to publish my comment and will provide proof if asked. I have a premium account with them with high deposit and I have never been profitable due to this broker's stealing act and unethical behaviour, I trade 90% manual and only 10% by EA. My highly customized profitable EA works great with other brokers but not with Ironfx. No EA works on Ironfx, they use dealer plug-ins to slow you down and hunt your SL and not fill your TP if your lot size is high, surely, they fill you in if your lot size is small to make you tempted to trade higher lot size because you have been given 100% percent bonus but that's just a bait to make you trade heavier, but once you do, they trade against you and dealer plug in kicks in and make sure you lose money...these criminals should be prosecuted to the fullest extend by law and actually I am planning to go after them with the best lawyer team I have in this country so they will learn not to do this to any innocent trader who is trapped by them...it's gonna be a long fight but solid proofs are what helps in these type of cases and I have them all...stay away people, save your money and never deal with Ironfx.
IronFX is very good broker.
Korean account manager helped me open the account and he has been great for me. It was very easy to trade when they speak my language especially when I deposit and withdraw my money.
I heard that they have managers from other countries too.

They are based in Cyprus, i.e regulated by Cysec,ie. they can do whatever they want. CySec does not regulate anything.

There is no best forex platform award. 99% of the brokers use MT4 which is just that. It is the same platform on all the brokers hence the one that says it has received an award for its platform its a huge liar. There isnt any company names JRJ and Hexun that judge FX platforms and gives away awards. These are some stupid companies that the brokers pay in order to receive the award. THE BROKERS BUY THE AWARDS yes this is correct.

Well, for example, some brokers do not allow to use Expert Advisers on their pltaforms.

VPS is not a setting, you just offer a service and is unrelated to MT4, EAs again all of the MT4 platforms use EAs. I am still waiting for the settings.
Is your MT4 the same as FXCMs, FXDD and IBFX ?? I hope the answer is YES because I cant see any difference. Its like selling a BMW and you telling me that your BMW is better because you have set it up with better settings.
