HY Markets — Forex Broker

I am trading with hymarkets since a long time, and I really satisfy with this company, I started with web trader when I had no experience with trade, and then I upgraded to meta trader 4 and it is really a good platform that they have.

the deposit takes only seconds, and the withdraw takes maximum 5 to 6 days, which is acceptable, I am not in rush for withdraw, and I can wait to collect my profits.

actually I checked almost all the forex companies, and I didn't find full collection of facilities as hymarkets do.

they provide bonus for each $1000 deposit, they have good platform, they have really good expert accounts managers as well, and they provided me access for trading central strategies which is very useful in direct advice.

when I deal with a company, the first thing that I want to know, is it a regulated company? is this company has a good profile?

actually hy markets run since 30 years, and belongs to very big and famouse group called Henyep Capital Markets. and it is regulated with FSA.

I really like the company services, and I trust it very much.

HY MARKETS is an excellent broker, their customer service is great. They provide all type of trading tools which are important to trade. Trading with them is a pleasure.

An Amazing trading platform and website, the service is very good and professional account managers,

they have a VIP customer service department which provides a very good aid in trading and news reports..

Deposit and withdraw are very easy and simple, and it's regulated from FSA in LONDON which is very much important.

I advice everyone interested to register and trade with them as they are the BEST in my openion.

I've been using HY Markets for over a year now. Customer service is fair to middling. Much depends on getting into contact with a native English speaker. I had a few hundred bucks deducted from my account after placing an order that didn't go through. Customer service guy, probably a Chinese speaker, kept on asking for the order numbers, even though I repeatedly told him that the orders did not go through. Finally was given an e-mail address for a native speaker who apparently refunded my money, although I never got an e-mail or anything, just found the money in the account again.

The website often hangs and so forth, which I can handle, but about a week ago, the website was down for a day or two, and today it has happened again.

If none of that bothers you, I encourage you to give your money to HYMarkets.com. What's the worst that could happen?

I have been looking for a good site where i could share my experience. HY Markets is a attractive name for any one new in forex. they just offer mini account with only USD 50. I worked with for about 6 months. i opened a mini account then i gradually upgraded it to standard and then premium account.

They offer 10% credit bonus on deposits greater then USD 5000. that is another attractive offer.

Regarding their services, it sucks. they will try every thing they can to stop you from taking any kind of profit. they will never let you close your position in busy time. you can not purchase any thing in busy times. system always stop working. again and again send you re-quotes, off quotes etc. if by luck you have set Profit take or limit on your positions then it never gonna work for you wither.

In short really greedy and poor management with a hungry vampires sitting in dealing desk.

i warn again they will offer you every facility in forex world so you bring them some money in your account and then you'll never be able to work in any way with them. and once your money will be eaten by them they won't even reply your email.

Never work with HY Markets.

Platform sucks. if you for an day-to-day or market volatility trader, forget it.

it updates digits each few se conds (not good enought for second option, yet acceptable).

but when you need to open/close order, due to web-interface you can do it only within 20 seconds as fastest, sometimes more.

it isnt good enought for a company like this.

i believe they should change to less-overloaded contents (less graphics, minimal data transfers).for now, anytime you try to buy it has to re-load page. with all banners and so on. why they couldnt make popup window or page with no additional info except necessary trade tools?.. less pictures?.. and so on...

other than that- looks nice.

personally, i think spread is messed up, but if you only want to invest 50usd is a good choice.apart from the platform.

and as i understand trading bots is not alloved (in demo).

why?..

i heard some brokers disable these (expert advisors) so they can cheat on you.

but thats just rumours.

if you want to test your skill and dont mind to waste 50 bucks, go on.worth the experience.

helpline is good and they respond fairly fast (20mins for allmost every my email ever sent, usually less).

NOTE i used MINI account, 50USD. for bigger deposits they should have different spreads and maybie meta4 available.

p.s. i will ask about advisors and meta- why is not allowed for mini`s ;)

Very , good execution and customer service. I have no problem with their software it works well for me.

I traded with them at first - the web based platform hangs every toher day and in market events i could not open or close any deal.

The service was ok - but the platform was not really good and i lost money becuase of this.

Very good site. Decent spreads and leverage. Excellent customer service. I was particularly happy with the variety of products they offered. Definitely a good site for people looking to go into a few different markets.
