English my not good, I wants to say that this brokers Forex-Metal is good broker with good platform for forex trading and treating good.
Very bad customer support. They are a scam. Ive been a client for 2 years and requested around 100 call backs and have not received one! Open an account with FXCM. FXCM is not a scam and has very good cust support.
I opend a bonus (Live) account last month and bonus was credited to my account fast. Spreads are good. Order execution time also acceptable. No re-quotes. I trade in mini lots and so far so good. I do not know what the withdrawal results would be. Would give another review report when I withdraw money.
they are a scam. no answer for more than a week after withdrawal request.no answer on the phones. no reply of the emails. cust. support keeps copying the same answer-we'll relay your question to payments dept.
their bonus points requirement is almost impossible to fulfill and if one does, they change the rules.
I am very disappointed with this broker. I have completed their requirements for 50 the bonus points . But I can not take advantage I have gained during my trading, all the work and my time wasted because of this broker. You do not need to open a trading account here, your efforts will be futile.
Forex metal is a good broker. what some of us have to master is how to make room for slippage. Anytime I see 100 pips trading opportunity, I usually go for 80 and leave 20 and I am less worried on slippage problem. Intra day traders will always have one problem or the other with brokers as they are always eager to catch a fast move and this doesn't normally go well with brokers.
I am satisfied with this broker for more than a year already. They are reallly trustable guys.
this broker's promotion system can be very profitable, you can also be sure that they will give you all your money back, at this point this is a very decent broker
Hello trader, if you don\'t know anything about a broker stop blackmailing them! I\'ve made several trade with this broker, the only problem they have is they always requote, they gave me $5 for participating in their survey, i withdrew it, they gave me my referral bonus of $39.3 i withdrew it, i even still have almost $80 pending for referral bonus as well once my refer complete his lots.forex-metal is a good broker!
The nature of information available from the above customers does not encourage people to park their hard earned money with the broker. They should have made thorough check on the broker before entrusting money. What is the use of complaints when the broker does not respond in business like manner and keep the customers on the wait on unacceptable grounds?

Forex-Metal is the best forex broker presently i have deposited and withdraw no delay both e transfer and bank wire. i dont know why people like talking negative thing about something i guaranty forex-metal.

I opened account with them on 13th of May 2010, I traded more than 1,500 lots with them up to 25th of May, but only 300 lots calculated to get the bonus (It was not fair to me). Afterwards they rose up 2 pips for my account without any notice, few days later; they gave me the following email:

We believe that forex trading is a two-way street: it should be profitable to both parties. We make our money from hedging customers trades through other forex companies or banks. Your trading pattern over the past few days shows that you prefer to hold positions for a short period of time, ripping 5-10 pips profit in most cases. At the same time your friend gets 1 per lot in commission payments. Of course it is your choice how you want to trade, but in such circumstances we cannot keep extra low spreads and make profits from hedging. Besides, our counterpart where we hedge our risks has changed our trading conditions, this prompted us to act.
We are re-assessing the situation and if we can offer you something better, we will. Rest assured that we want to keep our customers happy, but at the same time we cannot put our business at greater risk.

I was forced to withdraw my money back; the money not belongs to me alone (two of my friends involve as well). I sent them 100K withdraw request on 25th of May; I shall get the money back at the end of May if Froex- Metal processed it properly. Unfortunately, they made the excuse like: One of our banks has a very strict anti-money laundering procedures for over 25,000 international payments. I asked them to separate into 4 wires, each one 25,000. They sent the first wire 25,000 to me last Friday. Up to now, I have not heard from them regarding the next payments. I still have 75,000 with them. I am suffering a lot from this withdrawal experience with forex-metal. As they are two friends involved and there is no way to contact the payments through the telephone.
I contact with their live chat twice per day. The answers are the same --- Please email to the payments. I am under depression with this withdraw issue. What shall I do if they continually keep me waiting? Shall I report the government department which regulated the forex coms in Panama?

I have been with Forex-metal for 1 year now and I can say with confident that my experience with this broker is very good. I find what I need, very good spreads with rare re-quotes, trading by phone and many way to withdraw/deposit funds.
Anyway this is my opinion on Forex-metal; I witch you a successful trading.
