I am involved in Forex trading since two years and I have started my trading through Finexo, luckily my selection haven’t crashed my expectation that most of the traders have from their online forex brokers and this is the reason I always like to share my experience with Finexo.

Finexo provides a very good learning and real trading platform with 24x7 hour expert support and assistance. Yes, in the beginning I found it little difficult to carry my trades but no worries as all my troubles have been sorted out gradually with the Learn Forex facility provided by the Finexo an aid to learn about the forex through expert tutorials.

Finexo provides reliable trading information and keep the traders update with the Forex analysis repots and the economic calendar highlights the major fluctuation in the currency pair exchange deals as well.

Underlying features of Finexo give it a unique recognition in the big list of online brokers like wide range of payment modes, simple and easy registration, mobile trading is the feature that I like most because this helps me to transact my deals from any location whether I am busy in other tasks if I come to know that the trends are in favor of my trades then I just complete the deal through mobile trading facility.

Now, Finexo has come over with new and fresh trading services like btrader.com and I have gone through it as I am having their regular services of trades, it is really good and have added some more dimensions like FX live account, FX metatrader account and the deals are carried out through liberty reserves that is additional feature.

Gradually, Finexo had came over with flying colors of success with variant dimensions and day to day the Finexo professional management team are constantly putting their efforts to make it the first choice of traders.

Finexo had some problems in recent months, mostly related to the launch of their new web platform, but the service never was horrible. The new platform is amazingly fast and easy to use. It offers more currency pair options, decent spreads and some cool trading options. I personally never had a problem withdrawing money from them, although my credit card company did give me problems once and so now I just use a bank transfer. I have never had any customer service issues, in fact the few times I have called them they were pleasant and helpful. Good company, great platform.

This is the real one SCAMMER! On 20 Oct 2009, I have made a withdrawal request but until now I haven't received my fund back to my paypal account. They said it will take 7 business days to process the withdrawal, but apparently it is now more than two weeks. SUCKS!!! It seems that money go into their pocket will never ever go out anymore!! I'm now planning to do a scam report about them at www.forespeacearmy.com

Please, please, please do not open account with them. For Godsake, you have been warned!!

The worse custumer service I ever had. The live chat takes hours to assist you. There are a lot of plataforms a lot better than Finexo, for example etoro. The plataform is awful too, very unstable as somebody say before. Just a simple task like send me another password is imposible. The website just say:

"We regret not being able to create a new password.Please try again later."

Is incredible, I would move my money to another forex company.

Finexo are wonderful!!! Just cant stop appreciating their excellent service. They call you and discuss vital fx market activities, provide you with excellent trading signals and encourage you to join the "FX Profit Making Club". Hurry and sign-up with Finexe for a wonderful customer service support and trading experience.

One thing I like is fast service & they even call you to chat. But they use free VOIP - From Germany. Like their 1-button trade confirmation.

However, the webtrading page on JAVA platform is very unstable & always having problem showing the chart. Very very slow even on broadband - don't know if my connection is really bad or their server is slow. But I lost several pips from slow confirmation. Also the small graph visual at the bottom always very hard to load. Same with IE or Netscape.

be aware!!! I would rather take my money to a different forex company. their customer service agents are not professional at all. I had to address my issue with Chloe, and she ignored me for quiet a while and when she came back she told me that she was Busy???!!!! What an answer....I had a problem with a paypal deposit. Their web site mentioned that the trade is instant and no restrictions were written under the paypal deposit. the restrictions concern only libertreserve. Anyway after all this, I ended up my chat session with the called Chloe because she was literally ignoring me and thinking I was crazy. I sent a copy of the chat to myself for a proof.
