I tried FXGM, They were good until I made profit... Now they don't send me my withdrawal..
Well, I have been trading with FXGM for over 6 months now and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Especially since the launch of their new platform which I have been transfered to. The fxgm team are always just a phone call away. I give them I definite thumbs up.
Overall i would say that FXGM provides the best customer service, if I compare it to other brokers. I receive calls daily from them to inform me about the market and people there have been very helpful until now. I had the chance to visit their offices uninvited and I ended up having coffee and a chat with the people there. Also I was surprised with the speed they sent me the money I earned. Other brokers usually take a week or so but these guys sent me the money the same day. Excellent service and really good spreads on gold, only 10 pips.
