FXDD is a scam. be careful...One guy Stephen Simonis from FXDD called me up and asked to make a deposit. I told him first I want to test the platform before depositing as they had a promotional offer of 25 dollar. Since, then i been getting one excuse after another about deposit bonus and just excuse to depsoit my money and start trading with them. Their excuses varies from we were not aware to with in three days to one week to bank holiday to did not recieve your request.
I just closed my account....bunch of liers...
well i like em no issues with withdrawls only problem is a reqoute.....rest all is fine.........
I plan on closing FXDD account---spread is too high actually and loss incurred easily even with their Demo. Thank you for all the information.
The worst broker that may exist, I do not recommend to anyone. Your money halves until they are continually losing money. FXRPO is good!

totally suck, my live acount, over 300 usd eaten by their so called stupid trick stopout ... close my trade without asking and my account still got over 300 usd.. lot of reqoute, when price down they do not allow you to buy, when u clicked buy the system said connection error . really another big bad broker around..

Hey guys, stay away from this theifs, u trade on demo and win 85% of trades, when u go live with them u see they will use their under- ground programmer and reverse all ur wining trades to loose making u loose all ur money invested...they are using dealing DESK and hard to make money from them, and ur money invested is gone like a wind, they care not to withdraw ones money back to him, stay away or u regret loosing ur money like me... i loose 1,000 usd plus with this theifs called them self's fx broker...WERE IS FBI U.S.A? go and catch those theifs in FXDD managers office and jail them for life with supreme court of world justice...
I have a demo account to test an expert advisor and find it will not trade because the pip spread is too high (Max is 5 pips on the advisor and the low pip spread is 6 on the platform (EUR/GBP))Ihave an active account with GFT and the same spread runs from 2 to 5
When I chatted with support Lucy told me to increase the parameter that governed the spread so it would trade and seemed miffed when I indcated she was no help
I've had accounts with FXDD for over two years.
Dealing desk broker with some of the usual disadvantages, but overall fair treatment IMO.
Fixed spreads, which can be an advantage at times of low liquity & if you trade overnight or longer timeframes.
My experience is sometimes one might trade news with a fixed spread if careful.
It appears that they often shift the ask price quote stream upward compared to an 'ECN' broker quote sequence.
So, overall IMO somewhat better than average dealing-desk broker for Forex
they are super slow on the withdrawals! not to mention very rude on the phone!
