This broker is regularly hunting your stops by spikes that just kiss them, there is only one likely explanation: They really are a bucketshop !!! Don’t involve with them !!! You deserve better !!!
Easy-Forex is regulated to operate in the UK and is also regulated by the NFA even though they don't actually accept US residents. People who lose their money trading will always complain about the broker. This company only hire graduates as account managers and have helped me at every turn.
Easy Forex has very excellent customer service. Traders are assigned account managers who call and can be contacted any time. Thinking of a broker-Easy forex is professional enough

Easy-Forex-is an Israeli company with tricks and lack of support trading company. The current re-structuring of management that took place recently made the company even more unprofessional for easy trading. The key and experience people from marketing, sales and dealing room departments left the company this year. At the beginning I had a very good relationship and great services but our partnership start deteriorating once the major changes happen. I burn substantial amount of my money trading with them because i was not able to safe my position by depositing funds to my account to move my S/L further away from the market price and I had money in my Credit card but the management decided to put some type of restriction limit that caused me $20K. I have being with the company for 3 years, gave them all requested documents and everything they have requested. In order to remove my restriction I had to sign off on my transactions, which I did but the Market DOSENT WAIT!!!(this is just one of the problems they have) The current COO and some Business Unit managers are very far behind how to help traders to win and support during trading. All they do now is making trading Difficult and for sure NOT EASY!!! Moreover, they have closed many office worldwide and lost some of the licenses such as: NFA, FSA, and have some major court cases in Tel-Aviv for accepting cash from traders and promising a lot but were not able to deliver, so EASY-FOREX might be for SALE… They should change the name from Easy-Forex to Hard Forex...if u smart DO NOT trade with them!!!
They dont have licence from NFA or UK anymore, all the offices are closed.
Also, the main directors are from Israel, CEO of the company has some major cort cases going against him and the company in Israel. The used to accept cash deposit to open an account in Israel. Make the long story long, the news is that E.F might be for sale....
The spread is way to high compering with other brokers. Moreover, the account limits made me loose some money, becouse they were not fast enough to remove my limit, after me having submitted all the documents. The are behind the technology and the sinor managment is totally unprofessional.
I have been using Easy-Forex for some time, and I am extremely happy. I used to use other brothers but I had suffered losses due to slippage. I trade often after the news and with Easy-Forex they do not slip you. Their no slippage policy has saved me a lot of money!!!
I also find their Web based platform very stable, and does not crash. They also have MT4 and I use their MT4 for back-testing, my trading system.
Their platofrm is very easy to use and I love the fact that they are always available talk to me. I have to say that the fact that their platform is web based makes it slow to react at times. I have a personal dealer that guides me through and it is something that I have not found elsewhere.
Great service. Extremely helpful. Its a pleasure to be associated with this broker.

At first it seems to me that the guy named Roman and the guy named Nael are disgrunteld people who may have had some issues unrelated to customer service at easy-forex. my experience has been great and I think does people need to be honest of who they are when they make a comment about this company or any other company.
