I have a managed account at Dukascopy Bank (Perfecto FX) so it's a little bit different than the trading account. But Im absolutely satisfied with it. The customer service are always very helpful and their all services are very high quality like a typical swiss bank.. They are 100% trasparent and my account is available at anytime. I love Dukascopy:)
Dukascopy stands above all Brokers. I wish to clarify the many questions about whether they will impose the new CFTC rules. The new CFTC Rules. do not apply to banks. Dukascopy is a bank & should be ok until 6/2011. The one thing you should be aware of is that Dukascopy will change it's leverage requirements based upon time of day or day of week and market liquidity. Usually just on Friday a afternoon...

I think the dukascopy is one of the leader in fx market & they are 100% transperent.They are no.1.Only disadvantage is high min. deposit and complicated account opening process but still OK !
Dukascopy keeps on surprising me. Constantly improving execution and at the same time lowered minimum requirements while offering ECN trading to everyone. As a matter of fact, they've become a bank and now all the deposits are in safe Swiss hands.
A couple a years ago this really wouldn't be my first choice for an ECN broker. But now the things have really improved, the liquidity is much higher than before and no problems getting executed.
MT4 is still beta testing. The customer support
says it will last six month.
I am waiting when they will become a bank. Then I am sure they will be leaders in the market.

Dukascopy is a professional company, with great market execution. trading is very good. Thanks to Dukascopy for developing such an access to world marketplace
I’ve been trading at them for half year. And since then I had no big problems, all other was fastly resolved by Dukascopy support. Yes, the technology they use is quite difficult, but after few days you can enjoy the data that is available.
The other thing I enjoyed very much - they have many IB which started a war who will give highest rebates. I started with forextradingchoice.com and now my profit rate is much higher.

Market depth huge. Sometimes big banks can not execute 100 million order, but on Dukascopy, it seems easily possible.
Nice people working in this company but what is better, is the way they treat you, absolutely perfect. Regarding execution, I like, also perfect. If they would have also an office in Zurich, it would be so great.
Nice company with unbelievable fast execution. I have segregated account with them and i also receive interest from swiss bank. I like it when you can trade and get payed from bank.

I have tried to open a corporate account With Dukascopy. They seemed as a good broker with nice spreads. That might also be the case if you would ever get through the application process. I didn't succeed with that. Not that they refused me but because the process so far has taken 6 weeks and they still want some additional documents from me. I have never experienced anything like this. It is a ridiculous waste of time. The application form uses corporate frases and terms I have never heard of. I tried to google them, but without luck. They emailed me lots of questions specifically about my company and after I answered them they sent me another email with some of the same questions. To sum up: If you want to know how real bureaucracy feels like, try to become a customer at Dukascopy ;-) Good luck!
