I really like how their platform performs, on demo anyway. But I'm seriously pissed off with their customer service.

i use alpari so far no probs i think they should do web based platforms as well as mt4 so people with linux can use them it was a real pain for me ta get mt4 running on ubuntu.........

First I was skeptical about alpari, then I gave them a try. Belief me, they are the best brokers in the world. No hype here. Am not there staff nor connected to them. Here are some reasons to justify my claims:

1. Deposit/withdrawal in 2days. (Tested and comfirmed)

2. Chart/orders are perfect. For those of you having requote problems, you have to check your trading method. It is normal to have about 3-5 requotes in a volatile session like the overlapping of LoNSE and NYSE. Also busy market movements will also affect your orders and give requotes. I suggest you adjust/change your tactics so that you will benefit from this wonderfull experience.

3. Customer relation? PERFECT.

4. Look, if you have good forex education and you are looking for a broker that will help you attain that independence as a succesful trader, then think ALPARI.

5. Some might think alpari is strict. But let me tell you, its for your own good. They have good laws and policy that will favour you if you are the legit type.

6. It goes on and on and on and on. If I would rate them, I will give them 9 out of 10. This is because we are all open to the human error since we are motals.

I have trade your demo but i decide not to open live because of your payment method that does not allow credit card but now I have seen what I want and I have open live and even made payment I hope is not 419.

I have been trading (live) with Alpari for over a year. I find it extremely embarrassing the level of requotes i get from them. They should do something fast to rectify this anomaly. Also when you are making profit and you want to terminate the trade, Alpari will not oblige until your profit is substantially reduced or turned to a loss. All other things about Alpari are good.

I think Alpari UK from all indications is a good broker. But what am not clear with is WHY are they restricting other citizens especially US?

This could be a political agenda because the US regulatory board are skeptical about this broker or what?

I hope to demo with them for a week and open a real account cos ave demo on FX Clearing broker. They all use Metatrader cos their executions are the same only servers differs. Hope they impress.

Alpari is presently down for the last day-1/2. I have a demo account. There are few currency pairs to choose from, especially (from the US) the crosses; i.e, NZD/JPY, NZD/anything, and more. Give me a fully functional demo to trade, or I find someone else.

I have been dealing with Alpari UK for about two months and they seem to be an excellent broker. Spreads are good, execution is fast and support is on the ball - I asked to change from "Micro" to "Classic" account and it was done within a day. Account setup was very straight-forward - sent them the standard bundle of identification documents, wired funds and was trading inside 5 days. No complaints (yet).
