Hi everyone my name is Gupta Parimal and I am having live account with 4xp and I have been trading with this broker since last 5 month

They have a very good customer support my account manager Bijendra Singha is very helpful always help me in trading and retention manager Somnath also very helpful.

I found this broker is very good for customer support whenever I drop a mail to my account manager he response quickly and try to solve the issue within a short period.

I am satisfied with the company customer service

Overall I found that it’s a good company.

Whatever the people says...i like 4xp customer service. it is true that it can take some time to resolve your issue, but sooner or later it solvs at 4xp.com.

4XP is not a user friendly and absolutely cheat broking house.Service is poor,Call response poor,Withdrawal system worst and always fake committments.Never never never never work with 4XP..it is really a loosing money,reputation and social credibility with this broker.God save for those who are planning to work with this or working with this cheap broker.Management is c grade and highly irresponsible for the customers.Donate your money god will bless you instead of giving money to this cheap broker.Thanx for seeing my comments,

mr jayden hamilton

i am in customer in your book , from end of november 2012.,

i get some trouble with your platform in the begining , i was open a small account just to try the way ! i was totally insatisfided, so i was ask my broker to close to me my account and send to me, the balance , this history from before new year , my broker told me that he will be in holiday for one week , i said no probleme when you comeback please send me the related balance of my account with all instructions what send him by mail , because of some reasons that i was changing my home adresse for some inconviniances, first the say !!!! that they send by tbc bank , totaly it was in a wrong name and wrong adresses, . first i can tell you in the begining when i was asking them who is your correspondant banking the told me barclays bank london.( my broker told me )i get confuse when i was asking them to send the money in a same way like i send .from barclays to my bank . and it like some games begin to be , my broker called me just to tell me after that he send by tbc bank .. if first i knew tbc bank i never maybe was accept to send you money . how i send send t me back !!!so after with long discussy with my broker and hin manager ,( who was quick to credit me 500 doll like bonus. who never get in reality !!! ) and when i was asking them to send me a copy of swift they send me internal paiement order . even with wrong details

when i take this internal paiement to my bank , they told me we need swift not internal order . after recalling money who they suppose to say they send ,and this operation was in date of 15/2/2013. till today i dont receive my balance of funds even i was talk to them too many times , and now i believe they dont answer me at all . how it is possible to play with customer ? like this , or you are a respectable company who serve clients , or i dont know what to say !!! even now i receive my payonner cards they can easy like . manager told me credit my payonner cards in a moments , so please i will like you to check and inform me about the sort of my balance who stay from beging of january , nobody knows where! with my best regards to you i hope i will get some answer .

To 4XP future Traders,

I have posted my review about the company a week ago on this site However now I apologies for my negative words about the company which I said earlier without listening anything from 4XP side... I was impatient as I lost all the money so wrote something really bad and posted online..

My issue has been resolved now and my trades started again.. I love to do trading with 4XP MetaTrader4. It is very user friendly.

I believe and hope I will make lot of money with 4XP company...

I do not understand 4XP company.

I have started trading with 4XP and initially first 4 months was really good and I invested about an $18000 USD, however I have made around $35000 USD with using my investment and trading skills at the same time there were 2 big size trades opened and I was stuck with them. on 31st December 4XP team have deleted my account with $35000 USD balance but the good thing is when I complained to 4XP Trading manager @ Banglore, India who works for Vinayaka PreSales Private Limited, this is the company to whom 4XP outsource the sales leads.

Now after my complaint about deletion of my account they have restored it with $35000 USD after a week.. again I started trading and the same thing repeated by them after 1 week my account deleted with $19000 USD balance (I have closed some trades in loss) that’s why it came to $19000 USD from $35000....

I am completely disagree with dealing room about the reason they have given about my deletion of my account. As I can see in my account I have successfully initiated the last trade of 2 lots of Gold. However my account should not deleted when I have same positions with same lots size. The 2nd trade you are labeled as “STOPOUT” is not closed by me it was closed automatically as just before it happened. I hope you are getting me. Also I was maintaining enough equity which should not be a reason of account deletion.

However I am just expecting my account should be recovered as soon as possible from your side. As you know I can not afford a loss of $19000 USD which I deposited till now.

I have sent more than 10 email to 4XP customer support team (customersupport@4xp.com) but I have not get any response till date, so I decided to put my story on online forums and I am starting with this site.

I believe now they will respond me…

i had a review on Jan 9 2013 regarding deactivation of my Account...bt end of days, my problem has fully resolved by the company and my account is now activated...so now m fully satisfied wid company and its Employees behaviour.. I have no complaints against 4xp anymore. The matter is settled now.thanks to 4xp.......

myself Amar Singh from India..m trading wid this co. since last 10 month...on 3rd Jan, co. deactivte my account widout any prior notice...i hv calld many Times to Delhi office bt there is no response frm there side...when i strictly asked them tht m going to complain in ur Head office, Mr Prashant calld me back n asked me to submit Address proof...i hv provided my bank passbook statement n my Pan Card...bt after some time he askd tht ur bank passbook is not valid...mr Prashant is so rude n hd not sense to talk wid customer...i askd that i will submit my voter id or my Driving Lisence or Ration Card as a address proof, bt he replys tht these documents r not valid....while by the Govt of India, these docts r declared as a standard address proof...m very much Hurted by Behavior of ur Representative mr Prashant...i think he has not fully Traind..grom 3rd jan. i am unable to make any Trade... while i send a mail to customersupport@4xp.com, there is no any response4 to me....pls solve my problem as soon as possible..otherwise i will take a leagle action against the Company....

I got a call from my Manager Mr. Gaurav the very next day after sending the mail to him, I am impressed that the company and their employees are assisting me and helping me out to resolve my issue.

Now im on the verge of getting my problem solved.

Expecting it to be resolved in a day or two.

I would like to make fresh deposit as soon as the problem is resolved and would recommend this broker to others also

I am associated with this company from last 3 and a half month and since begening there were problems with my a/c. firstly they did not informed me about the charges then they did not explained about the margin requirements and how the margin is used. because of the same my trades were closed and I had to suffer losses, then when I requested they credited my a/c with 250 USD as bonus and I resumed Trading

Since then I had made a total deposit of 2950 USD and again on 12th of Nov they did the same I was having the open positions of more than 8500 USD and my margin was low, I tried to make further deposit of 1000 USD which was not happening due to some problem with the credit card company, my manager was aware of the same and I told him that I will try to arrange the funds in my Bank a/c which is linked with the 4xp to make the payment. and then when I arranged the payments I was surprised to see that my entire positions were closed and I had not been informed about any margin requirement nor even I got any intimation.

This is really pathetic. even as per company policy customer can get bonus on each new deposits they dint bother to give some bonus for time being, so that the customer can save their positions.

I had already mailed to Mr Jayden in this regard few hours ago and I am not getting any reply from them, I had also told them that I am still willing to make new deposit to save the losses I am suffering.

Moreover as stated in the statements their 24X6 Customer care no. I had never been able to contact them via the numbers provided at their website except on working hours 9 to 6 PM only.

After all that I am writing here on this platform in anticipation of assistance.

I will only say to stay away from this broker. I registered my account with them and it was only 1 month when i saw this blog post claiming the security issue with 4XP. Luckily i didn't submit my financial documents to them.

They didn't care to protect their users financial information's which are lying with them. The security group which discovered this serious issue reported to them and these 4XP owners are so shameful that they didn't even fixed this issue after 2 months of report, putting all the financial status and records of their users on the helm of hackers.

My only recommendation, if you don't bother about the security of your financial information then you can try this broker but if you are even 1% serious trader then stay away from this broker. If a broker don't provide any attention to protect their users personal details then what else you can expect from them.

Hi,

I posted a review on August 30th.It was regarding the unfortunate behaviour of an employee. That review has made a positive impact. The 4xp gave me a phonecall 3 days back and sincerely apologized for their mistake. I would like to thank earnforex for publishing my review which led to a positive outcome. I would like earnforex.com to remove my previous review posted on august 30th because I have no complaints against 4xp anymore. The matter is settled now.
