When did you know you succeeded?

This question may be a bit silly to some, but at which point did you know you succeeded as a trader? I know most will never enjoy long-lasting success and the numbers speak for themselves, but those who have succeeded or at least claim they have (no worries, nobody is asking you for any evidence of success) at which point did you qualify your trading as a success story?

Mine was when trading become my primary source of income and was able to rely on it 100% for an extended period of time.

I think we may also feel that we have succeed when we make profits. But as a newbie avoiding loss, or loosing very small amount of money is a success.

When I started to earn consistent profit. When I started it my equity graph was jumping up and down.

Success is measured by consistency in my book.

But personally i knew i had succeeded when i learned how to trade. I was not making big money back then, but i knew i would, as i had the understanding to enable me to do it.

I agree that consistency is key and just about to post a new thread about that.
