What can be said about this Depth of market pic?

Forgve my ignorance. What can be said looking at this DOM chart? There are a lot of buy orders from 10337 to 10348 but one guy told me this:

You know those don’t mean anything right?

1. walls can melt in momenents
2. If there’s enough buy or sell pressure meeting a certain criteria the algos don’t like they leave the wall and poof, breakout or breakdown

why when they remove the wall there is a breackdown? Shouldn't the price just ''stay there'' ''stay idle'' ''crabbing'' ? Why algo removes the wall = breack down?

The removal of the "wall" won't cause the breakdown by itself. If a price decline starts and at that moment the "wall" is removed, the price might breakdown.
