Hi

Is iStochastic() produce the same exact stochastic oscillator you see on the chart?

the reason for this question is that when I plot the stochastic oscillator with the same parameters as iStochastic() I get different values in the indicator vs. in the array after CopyBuffer of the iStochastic()

Yes, you should be getting the same indicator values. Otherwise you are probably doing something wrong.
