To who do I have to report spammers sending their scams via PM?

I got two in a week..... The last one from Michaelfx:

There's a "Report" button in the top-right corner of each PM. You can use it to report spam. michaelfx is already banned. Additional measures to prevent further PM spam have been taken. Thanks for reporting.
