Money & Risk Management in xls file

I am newbie in forex.
I am looking for an excel format in money & risk managment for the forex trading.
It should be able to tell me about the lot size to enter the market with the capital that i have, says risk at 5%

I don't have an XLS file but you can use my Position Size Calculator for that purpose.
