Looking for Someone to build me an indicator

So I'm new to using the forums, so I hope I'm in the right place.

I'm looking for someone to build a MT4 indicator and to let me know how much it'll run me.

The indicator I'm looking for is one with an alert to tell me if the Stochastic Oscillator has formed either a higher low or a lower high. I tried searching online and couldn't find one, so I'm looking to pick the brains of a coder.

Please help!

You are onto something great .

Also could add a feature. To identify Hidden Divergence of the stochastic.

Where if stochastic rise above 50 and/or 80 level and form a higher High. Once stochastic break below 50 level and back above 80 level and fail to break the higher high swing then it's hidden Divergence.

We look for hidden Divergence around 50ema and 100 LWM .
