The dollar index (#DX) fell by more than 1.5%. In the near future, central banks of leading countries can raise the issue of tightening monetary policies. Ambiguous economic reports from the US raise doubts among investors that the Fed will raise the key interest rate this year. In the upcoming trading week, we advise you to pay attention to the following events. In the Asian trading session, the statistics on the volume of retail sales in Australia will be published. At 07:30 (GMT+3:00) the meeting of the Reserve Bank of Australia will take place. At the moment, most experts believe that the regulator will leave the interest rate at the previous level of 1.50%. At 11:30 (GMT+3:00) the index of business activity in the construction sector of the UK will be published. 05.07 On Wednesday, the data on the index of business activity in the services sector of China will be released at 04:45 (GMT+3:00). In the European trading session, a number of reports on business activity in the Eurozone and the UK will be published. At 21:00 (GMT+3:00), the attention of the financial market participants will be directed to the publication of the FOMC protocols. 06.07 On Thursday, the Switzerland consumer price index will be published at 10:15 (GMT+3:00). Later, important economic reports from the US will appear - preliminary statistics on the labor market from ADP and the index of business activity in the non-production sector of the country. In Canada, the data on the visible balance of trade and construction permits will be published at 15:30 (GMT+3:00).
