Hi coin,
I trade with FNIB more than one year. Honestly I didn't notice anything like that you had told and it's very surprised me. Regulary I deposit and withdraw money and haven't payed any additional comissions. 25 pip spread? It is unrealistic. FNIB's quotes have five numbers after point. It means that 2.5 pip = 25pip.
