You can earn when it doesn't make profit at the time you invest, now many investor are joining Bitcoin so you have a little chance to have consistent and large profit as it was.
Only FPA is not enough, you need referring from many sources as real trader. Normally if a broker that many trader could withdraw their profit smoothly for a long time, that could ba a good choice.
I think U.S traders could bring large income for any brokers but if your broker do marketing well, europe traders could bring more. so U.S market is not a must-have thing for any brokers.
Paypal is not a common payment method as Skrill or Neteller but it actually supports several brokers. Anyone know how a broker qualify to have Paypal as a payment method?
If a broker doesn't allow you to scalp, you can avoid it. In your list I see only a few ones are reliable. But I think you should discuss about scalping brokers in another thread.
