Fast and accurate responses from support service is probably the easiest and the most effective way for a broker to improve its image among the customers.
I don't want to write a long summary, but in essence they stay out of your way and let you trade while there if needed. Customer service is great should you have to contact them, no slippage, almost no re-quotes and tight spreads.
