Good customer service, great platform, no tech glitches, a platform that is compatible and of course, pref no requotes of any sort..

I don't want to write a long summary, but in essence they stay out of your way and let you trade while there if needed. Customer service is great should you have to contact them, no slippage, almost no re-quotes and tight spreads.
