I just checked on my PC and it's working well,
do you see any errors when you compile the file in MetaEditor?

The EA compiles and loads well. Make sure you are placing both the .mq4 file and the .mq4 file in /MQL4/Experts/ folder.

However, what is the TRUMP symbol?

Strange, but I am having similar problem, the ea does not open, and yes even with both files in the experts file.

If the .ex4 file can be found at that location, this means that there is some file permission issue in your MT4.

I can load ea now

but you have to compile first EA in MetaEditor anf after that, EA is working fine
