Dear Mohamed Gad,

We are always committed in providing excellent service to our clients and we take pride in our reputation. We are very much aware of all the information we present on our website along with all our trading terms and conditions.

Please find below the details of your deposit attempts.

It is true that we have processed your deposit in September however it was not processed immediately due to Geo Location Conflict reported by our payment provider. (You used a Credit Card issued in the UK; the payment has been processed from Egypt). You were informed of this situation through an email sent to you by our Back Office on the 14th of September asking for a copy of your credit card along with a copy of your card statement. On the 17th of September you provided us with KYC documents yet the Proof of Residency didn't match the address you have used during registration. This is why we requested again the correct document from you (which you still haven’t provided until today).

Since you have only provided us with a copy of your card, in order to act in good faith, we have processed your payments manually on the note that you will be providing us with the Proof of Residency within a week. Even after we processed your payments for the amount of 500 GBP we emailed you on the 8th of October to remind you to send us again a proof of residency so that all your future deposits will be processed automatically. However you still failed to do so and instead you requested to cancel your transaction (latest deposit which was never processed from our side because of the missing document).

Kindly note Mr. Gad that your received full attention and cooperation from our team in regards to all your requests (changing your email address, processing your payments, Islamic account request…) which were swiftly processed. However, we would expect the same cooperation from your side. We can’t proceed with any future deposit or withdrawal request unless we receive your proof of residency and ensure that it matches the address you used when you registered for your Real Account.

Kindly note that we adhere to strict financial standards and measures such as: verification of your account which are primarily aimed to ensure the safety of client funds.

We kindly advise you to submit your proof of residency so that we can validate your account in order to be able to deposit/withdraw without any restraints.

Finally replied to my complaint, it is a good to hear from you.

You said I have posted a misleading and false review, And I will leave all readers to decide which mislead after the all the facts below/

1-Proof of Residency NOT prevent processing deposits or trading and

You have been processed my deposits twice before in September, 2012.

Why you processed these deposits before if it’s conflict with the rules!!

Plus if you don’t know what is written on your website this is part of it /

2-You said( my request for funding my account was asked for only once on the 5th of October And you replied to me on the 8th of October), but I contacted the customer service on 5-10-2012 and they said they contacted with the back office to process my deposit ASAP to maintain my positions plus I sent an Email to the back office and they replied to me by Email as well on the 5th of October- NOT on the 8th of October- to refuse processing my deposit before providing my proof of address and I replied back soon to tell that I am waiting the new proof –recent one within 3 Months as requested-

And told that I want to add the amount deposited today urgently because I have hedging positions and my equity less than 30 pounds

3- After you increased the spreads and all my positions are closed and all my balance Has gone 1217.08 GBP, the back office contacted again on 8th of October and I cancelled The deposit because it’s useless .

Dear Mr. Mohamed Gad,

As a European Union regulated broker and since we comply with many authoritative bodies, there are certain procedures that we are bound to follow such as KYC (know your client). This is the reason we requested a Proof of Residency in order to be able to proceed with your deposit that was made on 5/10/2012.

Your request for funding your account was asked for only once on the 5th of October (unlike your allegations of asking us many times). Our Back Office Team contacted you on the 8th of October (the second business day after the weekend) asking for a Proof of Residency (a necessary step requested by our regulators) in order to be able to proceed with your deposit. However, you refused to provide us with the necessary document and on the 9th of October you requested a refund instead. We proceeded with your wish within few hours followed by a confirmation email.

Kindly note that your account manager kept in touch with you and the last communication was on the 19th of October 2012.

It is totally unacceptable to come to Earn Forex and post misleading and false reviews.

The Company’s Rules says (the traders can start trade before providing all their documents)

But The Company did Not process my deposit on Friday 5-10-2012 on time to maintain my positions although I asked The Company to do that many times on 5-10-2012 before

increased the spreads and called the customer service and back office but the company refused to process my deposit via my visa card although they already did process other deposis

For the same visa card before!! And I have lost all my balance 1217.08 GBP

The reason you couldn't process any trade on the 24th of December is because the Trading Hours at XEMarkets closed at 14:00 GMT same time the market closed.

Kindly be aware that we have posted the Holiday Schedule in all languages on our company’s homepage.

On the 24th of December our customer support department also closed at 14:00 GMT and closed for the day on the 25th. Our dedicated support team replied to your email on the 26th of the month explaining to you that the situation you encountered is due to the Christmas Holidays.

We advise you to frequently check our website for any announcements that might affect your trade.

I want to say thank you to xemarkets for being honest with me. I want to say sorry if my action causing so much trouble to your broker. I just want to make sure I get my right since now so many brokers are against the trader. Your broker already justify what a good broker should do.

Thank you for your reply and cooperation . I am glad that you understand the reason behind our actions . Kindly understand that our actions have only safety of our client's trades in mind and we were forced to block your account immediately .

Moreover , I have come to conclusion that I should take your side and believe your assurance that you were not aware on the negative impact on our server by mentioned EA / script . It seems to be only fair and rightful to reactivate you account upon your promise that in the future you will not use mentioned EA / script in order to execute your trades .

Base on that facts I have decided to nullify all illegitimate trades on your account 28963 :

14719185 , 12439035 ; which will in effect recover 119 $ (31 $ / -150 $) and deducted previously bonus of 61.35 $ in your account . Additionally I have decided to reimburse your account of all the losses (not profits - those belong to you and we will recognize those in good faith) occurred on event of forced closing your account , which in total stand for 129.09 $ - I am sure you can fully appropriate that .I cannot reverse the processed refund of funds 846.83 $.

In the future I cannot promise you that we will not take immediate actions , where we see the point to do so , in order to protect the quality of our execution , however , I can promise you that in all the cases , we always review them and come to the fair and transparent resolutions , ever in good faith , like I believe in your case. The same card ending in 9063 used by yourself to deposit funds in your trading account has been used by a another user in his trading account under the surname MISRI.

The card has been traced back to belong to Mr. MISRI and therefore we are obliged to suspend your trading account as third party deposits are not permitted by EU directions to licensed forex brokers as they violated Anti Money Laundering Rules.

It is clearly printed on our website and members area that deposits must be made by cards that belong to the same name as the account holder.

A card used to deposit funds in your account ending in 9121 has been reported by the issuing bank as a lost/stolen card and therefore as a regulated company our credit card processor is obliged to refund all funds deposited from this card and suspend all activity related to any account which has used this card to deposit funds for trading purposes.

We advise you contact your bank to clear this out for you; if the reporting of this card as stolen/lost has not been made by yourself.

It seems very unfair and unreasonable why you have posted a negative review on a respected site like earnforex.com when this case has been explained already clearly to you by our Head of Operations.

As noted in the email from the Head of Operations:

We totally understand your frustration about the blockage of your account and we can agree to re-open your accounts if the particular EA which is searching for off-quote prices is removed from your account and not used in the future.

We would like to make it very clear that the reason your accounts have been disabled is clearly related to the fact that the particular EA used is attempting to hack the server by requesting pricing which does not exist.

We also understand that this might not be your direct fault as you might have purchased this EA from a third party so we can agree to reopen your accounts at the balance they were before uploading this EA under the term that you will not try to use this EA again.

Please understand that the usage of an EA which loops and does not allow the aggregator to fill in thousands of other clients which are placing orders and are in que to be executed jeopardizes the overall reputation and execution of XEMarkets in a whole.
