we recognize since the beginning that most of our Nigerian customers have problems with their internet connection.
Platform connection is ok and working properly. But the Website Chat needs by nature a lot more bandwith. This cannot be changed and we often see visitors from Nigeria disappearing during chat sessions due to connection timeouts and also power supply timeouts.
As long as this lasts in Nigeria the situation will remain as it is today. But of course emails are always answered within 1 day (if not over weekends)
We once again ask our customers to FIRST read all information on our website BEFORE they send questions or try to chat. Nobody will get an answer which is different from the website information.

i hv been pleased with the condition of trade of fxcast but all day i have problem communicating them no response on chat and emails and also what is the on going action on
regulation. Protection is necessary .
FXCast was silent about the issue of regulation. Protection is necessary in this present state of uncertainty everywhere, so we need to know the steps being taken now and the nearest future directions on regulation.
I have been very pleased so far with FX Cast. The account opening procedure was easy, and they have everything I am looking for - Eur account, MT4 platform, multiple funding options, and micro lots. Communication has been good, no problems at all here so far. :)

But Don - we can accept US citizens which have an offshore company or offshore address.
Unfortunately, FXcast doesn't accept US accounts. Too bad!
