I have chosen FBS for the following reasons –well-known international company
LOOK! i traded with FBS .com they gave me 500 cents in cent account...and i won upto 5000 cents ..then i lost and deposited my 65 usd..then traded...but i think its good until now giving 100 percent bonus....especially its good for low level traders..like who wanna trade with 10 usd,20 usd 30 usd....uptil now i am satisfied with fbs..i ll give my further reviews
Everybody isn't it weird, I have been giving FBS 9 pages in the FPA scam folder thread, but so far FBS hasn't answered any of my questions directly even I repeated them many times. I have requested FBS to answer the following questions:
1. Why did you take money from someone named Yu Wang (which was clearly shown on the Skrill transaction confirmation YOU provided) but deposit it to trading account 356791 that belong to someone named Lang Li?
2. Is the fact listed in question 1 a 'third party payment' in your definition? If not, please tell us the definition of 'third party payment' in your Terms & Conditions.
3. Are your customers only allowed to log into trading accounts on computers they legally own?
4. If different trading accounts are ever logged on one same computer, does that make the legal owner of that computer the account holder for all those different trading accounts - by your Terms & Conditions? And should the computer owner be required to take responsbility for the different trading accounts - by your Terms & Conditions?
so dear FBS: if you are really a honest and decent broker you claim to be, and you have not been scamming customers as everybody says nowadays on internet, I believe you would be very willing to answer these questions directly one by one.
If you reply with another piece of cr*p without answering to my 4 questions, then I guess you are admiting to the public you are a scam!
As I can see now, you have only 4133.40 EUR deposited to your trading account number 351427, and 7044.32 EUR deposited to your trading account number 349764.
This is really very disputable situation upon this matter. In our system we can see 4 deposits in total of 3800 USD on August 1 via Skrill to 356791 (firstname.lastname@example.org). These funds were added automatically to trading account number 356791 as it was requested and they were lost as the result of a trading. Deposits via skrill are processed and added to trading account automatically.
As you mentioned before, according to our Customer agreement: 5.4.2.The Company is entitled to prohibit to deposit or withdraw funds to the third parties. But this means that we have the right to prohibit such a payments, but we are not obliged to do it. But in this case: deposit was made from skrill account registered on email@example.com to trading account at FBS registered on firstname.lastname@example.org. And if this Skrill account was deposited via third party's credit card, we don't even see it in our system. And it is a cardholder's responsibility to safeguard his credit card data from the third party.

You can see from the screenshot attached, that all these trading accounts (351427, 349764 and 356791) were traded from the same computer (CID), which proves that this is the same person:
FBS is the biggest scam broker I've ever met and heard of - it took 3800 USD from my credit card and didn't even deposit it to my trading accounts! When I asked them about this they just looked for all sorts of excuses and told numerous lies as questioning my identity, asking me to provide documents and proof and promising they'd look into it.... but eventually when they ran out of excuses and lies they just got all nasty and shameless - just like the typical unregulated Russian scam brokers do! I'm a customer of theirs but they refused to even discuss MY MONEY they took from me and lied it should be the bank's business - while they know in China the banking system clearly says it's between me and the business!!
I have noticed this business received numerous negative reviews all over the internet - and you should be alerted as obviously I'm not the only victim of this dirty scam broker!
I've also noticed this scam broker set up some tricky bonus plan to scam many many traders by cancelling their profit - in the excuse 'bonus cannot be credited to two accounts from the same IP address' - I want to ask this broker on behalf all the victims: if you use this terms & conditions to cancel people's balance after they gained profit, do you also return the balance to those people who have received bonus from the same IP but lost their money in trading? If not, then it's just another scam this broker conduct to scam people's money!!
I ask everyone who received their bonus from the same IP address but lost their balance come to the scam alert folder of forexpeacearmy and leave your comments in my post - and I will ask the scam broker FBS to responde!!

First of all, FBS is a reliable and regulated broker by IFSC and CRFIN.
Let's start from the very beginning. We processed your claim and all the necessary corrections on the account were made, i.e. the required orders were annulled with their total loss restored on your balance, profitable orders were placed back with their total profit return.
Before the withdrawal was processed you started you own game: sent a claim to our regulator, posted everywhere negative posts in spite of the fact that we fulfilled all your requests and never wanted to hold your funds.
For that reason we had to frozen your funds (according to our Customer Agreement) until the CRFIN investigation of the whole issue would be processed.
As we always intented to cooperate and settle this peacefully, we offered you to sign the Settlement Agreement, after you signed it the withdrawal was processed right away.
So, now everything is settled, you received you money.
And may be it's no business of mine, but please don't trade on the money for your son's studies!
Hi everybody, I am back and sorry about disappearing for a while - however you would know why I had to after hearing my story, which is a sad one - thanks to fbs.
Basically the last thing everybody knew is FBS had illegally kept MY funds for over 2 weeks and forced me to sign an additional 'agreement' in order to get MY money back - why I use word 'forced'? Because that money should be at my dispense and not a single word in the Customer Agreement gave FBS the right to take it away from me, after they had to accept my initial claim about the mistaken orders and make the balance available to me. So let's face it: the reason for FBS to hold my money is not 'we were still under disputes about the wrong orders' as they claimed (because that initial dispute had already been resolved before it came to everybody's attention and I accepted it); the only real reason for FBS to do so was that I chose to use my legal rights as a customer to bring this issue to the public eyes - if you read the additional 'agreement' they forced me to sign, it says I had to remove all my posts on internet before I can get my money back! So if a customer chooses to complaint and write bad but true posts about a broker, he can not get his OWN money back? Please try and describe such broker's behavior if it's not 'bully' or 'rogue', and I'd love to see how FBS shall comment on and justify such behavior pattern of theirs
And btw, I'd like to remind everybody once again: FBS is NOT regulated - not by a single regulator in the whole world! I have raised this issue to the attention of CRFIN, the so-named 'regulator' claimed by FBS, and after I went through all the official procedure instructed by CRFIN's official website, they had come back to me 'Currently, while there is no legal regulation, the services for clients are provided generally on behalf of foreign companies, registered in regulated or off-shore jurisdictions.' - meaning 'go away, we cannot do anything about this off-shore company'. The most funny part is, when I called CRFIN, where few people can speak English, one guy even yelled at me 'go away, go to to the police' - very professional and reliable for a 'regulator' ha?
And finally, here is what happened to me: I did get the money back, however it was too late - I requested the money back on 12th Aug as I needed that money to pay my son's deposit for his study abroad from the begining of September; he had been planning that for a long time, however the money I should have got from FBS by middle August never arrived till the end of August, so I had to try borrowing money from banks and people, which failed probably because I'm retired and too old. So my son had to give up his study plan this year, and I had to work myself aroundlike a dog trying to fix the messes caused by FBS's 'responsbible behaviors'. And that's why I was too busy to come back.
So all in all, if you only care about wether I got my funds back, you can lable this case as 'resolved'; but if you ask me wether I still think FBS is a scam broker, I will say 'YES YES YES'!!!
And should anyone go trading with FBS without considering the facts I provided, I will personally come to your house and slap your face!

you abused one of the main 60% Bonus condition:
Bonus funds cannot be provided to 2 accounts traded on from the same IP-address (or one computer), even if they are registered under different names.
That is why your bonuses were cancelled.

We would like to inform that the client's withdrawal was confirmed yesterday and today we sent the bank confirmation to the client.
They accuse us of hedging between the two accounts but can sameone explain me how do you hedge on different days, different hours, different volumes and never open transactions simultaneously in two accounts.Can be seen in the transactions history in the two accounts.If sameone explain me that can, i am agree losing money on FBS.

My name is Stroe Aurelian Alexandru and my wife i am opened 2 trading accounts in FBS.Accounts received bonus 60%.Account was trading in different day, different hours,different volumes and not simutaneously never.Shown in history transactions in the two accounts.The only problem is trading same ip.The 2 accounts trading in second stage.First date trading 2 accounts and lost all money in each and second date trading 2 accounts and winning in each. In date 18.08.2014 accused us violated conditions promotion 60% bonus and all profits canceled in 2 accounts(total=12500usd).Fbs Broker is Big Scam for traders.Fbs is old Poltekfx scam broker of 2007-2008.
I do not recommend this broker for trading !!! Scam !!!

According to the 60% FX AirBag bonus promotion:
13. Bonus funds cannot be provided to 2 accounts traded on from the same IP-address (or one computer), even if they are registered under different names.
So, you and you husband abused the conditions of 60% FX AirBag promotion, that is why your bonus was cancelled.
Dear Yunni, please note that we haven't received any emails from you to email@example.com since August 21. Yesterday we sent you an official reply with the Settlement Agreement and still there is no reply from you. You need to sign an Agreement and send it and your official confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My name is Stroe Simona Andreia and i had a bad experince with FBS.Together with my husband i opened two trading accounts the FBS.After i lost the first set of transactions in the two accounts, when i won the second set of transactions ,i was accused that i violated the conditions promotion 60% bonus.Trading accounts were traded in different days,different hours and different volumes and not simultaneously.Firs has traded on account and after said second account.The problem is that i traded with the same ip.Are profits were canceled by FBS.It is un abuse to me.
I do not recommend this broker !!!
Today, 26/08/2014, FBS and I have agreed to resolve the issue (claim ticket number LTK1221601642974X). And I can confirm that the dispute is now fully resolved and I do not have any complaints regarding this issue.
Meanwhile, FBS and I have signed the following Settement Agreement:
Please note: 1. My claim to CRFIN has been officially withdrawn on 22/08/2014 as confimred by email of Mr Evgeny Masharov Vice-chairman of the CRFIN Governing Board;
2. I have published refutation and confirmation that the dispute is now fully resolved and I do not have any complaints regarding this issue, since the posts cannot be removed on the involved websites, and I have sent FBS screen shot of this as proof.
Thus, I, as the Customer, have fullfiled the part of obligation required by the Settlement Agreement, and according to the Settlement Agreement, the FBS Company is required to return the amount of $5850.04 to my bank account the next business day of today 26/08/2014, which is tomorrow 27/08/2014.
