Having lost my initial $100 with them, I learned a new trading strategy which I did not want to demo trade, I decided to trade live with small amount of money, so I transfered $11 from Liberty a/c to 4XP Liberty a/c to my surprise the money is yet to be credited to my account since April 28th this year,this was after I had earlier transfered $2.5 via the same medium i.e. Liberty Reserve. I have sent so many emails to them without any meaningful response.
Although, somebody called me via phone when he saw my complaint and I explained to him and he promised they would credit my account with the amount but since that day they never did so.
The total amount 4XP is owing me now is $13.5. This has discouraged me to use them again. I can only go back to use them as my broker if the token money is credited to my a/c.

Since you are not quite conversant with 4xp statements and their implied meanings, you are confused. For your convenience , I have provided the meanings( to the best of my knowledge) for various words and phrases they use: You won’t find them in any dictionary, though.
1.’ Thanks for your quick response’ : We never expected you to ask for your money so soon. We are shocked.
2. Decided to delete your trades: we are used to traders losing money. we dont encourage guys making profits. Accordingly, your trades are deleted.
3. Result of arbitrage: Result of arbitrary decision vested with 4xp.
4. This will suffice: No more arguments. Shut all your nine holes and keep quiet.
5. Trying to solve: Trying the client’s patience.
6. Going an extra mile : This happens when you ask for your money when they go an extra mile in the opposite direction. If you persist, they will cover more miles.
7. Accounts Manager: Accounts Damager.
4xp.com - SCAM.
I had a bad experience with 4xp.com. I was trading with them about three months and made a good profit. After that I got e-mail from 4xp.com.
It says : ``Thanks for your quick response. We have decided to delete your trades as a result of arbitrage. I hope that this will suffice.``
I asked them to explain what they mean under ``result of arbitrage`` but they did not reply. I traded just one currency pair most of the time. Now I can see that 4xp.com people do not like if someone can get profit. My profit was about $ 3200 and they decided to delete those money.
I joined 4xp through their Indian branch, CMO AXIS, six months back. CMO AXIS ( 4xp india) has no professional management and they could not care less for clients support and guidance. My deposits were directly accepted by 4xp on internet and I was allowed to trade. Suddenly I found my account disabled and on inquiry they wanted my scanned copies of payments! How did they accept my payments and allowed me to trade then? Frustrated with their wilful cheating, I closed my account with a withdrawal. Now my money is not returned and all sorts of lies/lame excuses are offered by CMO AXIS. 4xp head office does not bother. I feel that both of them loot clients funds, in addition to trading against them and loot their money! Both 4xp and CMO AXIS ( 4xp India) are great cheats. Never ever join 4xp! You will lose your money even before you trade!
well, i had my account since 1 year with them, i lost some money because of my own mistakes..... fortunately i made some profits in the last 3 months, and i withdrew 5000$ and 6500$ , they took about 6 and 9 days to arrive, but they were following up with me to make sure the money arrived. so far, i think they were honest with me.

I started trading with 4xp around 2 months ago. My contact Mark Webber has been very helpful answering all the questions that I had. I received a pretty generous bonus on my deposit. The spreads are good. I haven't had a chance to withdraw money yet but I will be sure to let you know how their withdraw process is handled.

I have been trading forex with a few brokers for about 2 years now including 4xp (Forex Place) for about 6 months now. I definitely think that they have a few pros and cons that need to be taken into consideration. At the beginning when I wanted to withdraw it took a while but the process is slowly improving. The support take a bit long to answer the live chat. 1 thing that I was very fond of in the beginning that they provide a 100% back on your deposit after the 1st month. If anybody has any other info about them please let me know.

I use 4XP ad for me is a very honest broker.
I' Have not any problem , customer service is ok , no slippage i can trade with hedging and scalping .
I have opened an account in November with a deposit of 150$ and now i Have 560$.

I dont know what you guys are on about- I have been working with FX Place for the past year and have not had any problems. Maybe its because you (all the complaints) are comming out of Nigeria- go figure! Great company to work with, one of the best in the world
