myself Amar Singh from India..m trading wid this co. since last 10 month...on 3rd Jan, co. deactivte my account widout any prior notice...i hv calld many Times to Delhi office bt there is no response frm there side...when i strictly asked them tht m going to complain in ur Head office, Mr Prashant calld me back n asked me to submit Address proof...i hv provided my bank passbook statement n my Pan Card...bt after some time he askd tht ur bank passbook is not valid...mr Prashant is so rude n hd not sense to talk wid customer...i askd that i will submit my voter id or my Driving Lisence or Ration Card as a address proof, bt he replys tht these documents r not valid....while by the Govt of India, these docts r declared as a standard address proof...m very much Hurted by Behavior of ur Representative mr Prashant...i think he has not fully Traind..grom 3rd jan. i am unable to make any Trade... while i send a mail to email@example.com, there is no any response4 to me....pls solve my problem as soon as possible..otherwise i will take a leagle action against the Company....
I got a call from my Manager Mr. Gaurav the very next day after sending the mail to him, I am impressed that the company and their employees are assisting me and helping me out to resolve my issue.
Now im on the verge of getting my problem solved.
Expecting it to be resolved in a day or two.
I would like to make fresh deposit as soon as the problem is resolved and would recommend this broker to others also
I am associated with this company from last 3 and a half month and since begening there were problems with my a/c. firstly they did not informed me about the charges then they did not explained about the margin requirements and how the margin is used. because of the same my trades were closed and I had to suffer losses, then when I requested they credited my a/c with 250 USD as bonus and I resumed Trading
Since then I had made a total deposit of 2950 USD and again on 12th of Nov they did the same I was having the open positions of more than 8500 USD and my margin was low, I tried to make further deposit of 1000 USD which was not happening due to some problem with the credit card company, my manager was aware of the same and I told him that I will try to arrange the funds in my Bank a/c which is linked with the 4xp to make the payment. and then when I arranged the payments I was surprised to see that my entire positions were closed and I had not been informed about any margin requirement nor even I got any intimation.
This is really pathetic. even as per company policy customer can get bonus on each new deposits they dint bother to give some bonus for time being, so that the customer can save their positions.
I had already mailed to Mr Jayden in this regard few hours ago and I am not getting any reply from them, I had also told them that I am still willing to make new deposit to save the losses I am suffering.
Moreover as stated in the statements their 24X6 Customer care no. I had never been able to contact them via the numbers provided at their website except on working hours 9 to 6 PM only.
After all that I am writing here on this platform in anticipation of assistance.

I will only say to stay away from this broker. I registered my account with them and it was only 1 month when i saw this blog post claiming the security issue with 4XP. Luckily i didn't submit my financial documents to them.
They didn't care to protect their users financial information's which are lying with them. The security group which discovered this serious issue reported to them and these 4XP owners are so shameful that they didn't even fixed this issue after 2 months of report, putting all the financial status and records of their users on the helm of hackers.
My only recommendation, if you don't bother about the security of your financial information then you can try this broker but if you are even 1% serious trader then stay away from this broker. If a broker don't provide any attention to protect their users personal details then what else you can expect from them.
I posted a review on August 30th.It was regarding the unfortunate behaviour of an employee. That review has made a positive impact. The 4xp gave me a phonecall 3 days back and sincerely apologized for their mistake. I would like to thank earnforex for publishing my review which led to a positive outcome. I would like earnforex.com to remove my previous review posted on august 30th because I have no complaints against 4xp anymore. The matter is settled now.

I will not comment about 4xp broker because I don't know anything about them as I have never traded with them.I don't know about the working of the company, but there is an employee in the company by the name of Pramod Kumar Singh for whom I would like to give my detailed honest feedback. The employees of any organization are the eyes and mirror of the organization. Pramod is supposedly a PreSales Officer in the company in either Bangalore or Delhi. He sounded more like a delhi person although he claimed that he is calling from bangalore. Hard to believe anyway.
I was literally shocked by the way this guy talked to me!!
I have talked to 100's of brokers around the world from so many countries including India, Mauritius,UK etc but this person is the first one who has behaved in such a bad, disappointing way. This guy has changed the definition of Customer relationship officers/Brokers and he has let their name Down!
He was so rude and aggressive in talking. He behaved like a total crazy person!
I felt like I am talking to cheap street insurance sales guy who don't know how to give respect to their prospective clients and who are only interested in emptying the pockets of the prospective clients. This person didn't allow me to talk for 5 seconds at a stretch even. He kept on speaking and speaking and was very disrespectful. I told him that I can't trade forex because it is totally illegal in India and it is already been declared by our Reserve Bank of India, but this person kept on talking non-sense blah blah. He even said that if you don't want to trade then you give me in writing that you will never trade in forex!
I mean, who in the whole world he is to ask me such a stupid question??
He said if you don't want to trade forex then why did you sign up at our website to get a call back, and I was like shocked as I never signed up and he himself admitted in his previos call that we paid 500$ to google to get the numbers of prospects!
He said that you don't have to worry, I am taking your Guarantee if anything wrong happens. Now this is "Totally Unprofessional Attitude"
He was asking questions which a sales representative from a respected company is never supposed to ask. I have been extremely disappointed with his violent, ignorant and hungary for money kind of behaviour. In the end I would like to say that this person is a very bad listener, Lousy impatient Salesmen, Ill-mannered and a short tempered person. whoever if ever talk to him will feel like they are in unsafe hands. The trust will vanish on the phone itself for that person.
I am writing a complaint E mail to the Reserve bank of India (Financial Markets Division)
I didn't want to do it but because of the unfortunate behaviour and attitude of Mr Pramod Kumar Singh I have to do it.
Now hopefully Mr Pramod will be able to sell his view points regarding the legality of forex trading to the RBI officials so well that they will be forced to believe that Spot FX is really not much illegal in India. Lol!
Now I will prove to you that whatever I said is completely and eternally true and you must enlighten yourself about the real world!

I asked for a demo account to test the response time . It is unsual to have to ask for a demo account as online registration is the norm . I was contacted by a sales rep . I was told that the rep could not help with a demo account but if I was willing to deposit he would double the amount . I deposited 100$ . The amount is in my trading account and I have proof of the deposit . I soon realised all was not well as all the information supplied to me by the rep were false . The min position size is 0.1 unlike the 0.01 advertised on this site . I asked for a withdrawal online . They have a 35$ withdrawal fee . I have not argued this but it was not what the rep had told me . I have not received any amount . I have not traded just would like the ballance . I emailed the rep Sean but he never responded to any emails .
4xp.com is scam. 100% confirmed. I fund my account with 100€ and still waiting for them.
