Forex Brokers Update — September 11th, 2016

September 11, 2016 by

This was yet another week without new brokers to report. Here is the list of changes to the listed companies:

EXNESS became regulated by the UK FCA (license #730729) through its Exness Europe Limited company.

Interactive Brokers no longer accepts US traders. In reality, they do, but not for spot Forex unless a trader is Eligible Contract Participant with $10 million in a trading account. The reason for this change is the fact that IB operates under SEC, which has recently updated its rules concerning retail FX trading.

MEX Group (ex-Ikon Group) is now registered with Financial Services Commission of BVI. Their customer support is now also available via Skype.

Windsor Brokers opened an office in the United Kingdom. They did not get the FCA license yet, but, as a regulated Cypriot broker, they have an automatic registration with FCA too (until Brexit is finalized, of course).
