I have been dealing with Alpari UK for about two months and they seem to be an excellent broker. Spreads are good, execution is fast and support is on the ball - I asked to change from "Micro" to "Classic" account and it was done within a day. Account setup was very straight-forward - sent them the standard bundle of identification documents, wired funds and was trading inside 5 days. No complaints (yet).

have beeing using alpari on demo account for a few month now both on my imate jam (cell phone) and wirless with iburst have had no problems with software connection speed and there call centre has beeing excilant no problem with stoplosses or excuting trade looking forward to open an account soon hope though that they accept credit card payments soon

I have read so far and had so far about alpari's advantages and disadvantages;especially on requoating that syphon customers'money and run them down to lost.Ok such a big company like alpari should find an urgent and immediate solution to such a stigma.

To others, i had that stop loss is the best so try it on alpari's platform.

I have been using a scalping system with them for a week and usually do around 30 trades a day. I must say their requotes are *atrocious* and highly hostile to a scalper, so far I am not impressed. I would say I get reqoutes 80%+ of the time and usually 2 and many times 4 requotes in a row until my trade is no longer profitable. this type of activity even occurs during very calm low volatility 'tubing' sessions during Sydney and Tokyo markets.

i want to start live trading this month. i need a clear explanation based on pips in terms of profit/loss. if one is trading with $200 0r $400 and make 1pip what will be the equivalent in usd.thanks

as far as am concern, alpari are ok.if you want to know how good a broker is, do your research on many sites. i have live account with them,though have not withdrwn live. they dont change figures. if requoting too much, then check your internet speed , they are good too in terms of mailing customers,if you have any problem with them, contact them through their mail and see their respond.you many not need judging this platform until you open live with others

apari is good i have traded with them for about three months they are very much ok. once you take all precautions you make cool money with them. i enjoy their services from account opening to withdrawal.

Alpari is UK.. But dont use more than 1 lots with them. customer service is excellent.. but the platform had been bad for 4 weeks now. mabe dey gettin too many customer... now u get requote more than 3 times. when u click cancel you find your order in the market. and closing a profiting account had been a problem too, when when u want to close ur Big loose it will go once. ALPARI quality is down to 1% now.. New trader look elsewhere.

I recomend alpari very effecient and profitable.

Alpari is just like all the rest of the Market Makers out there. Set-up and account with them (Open a Demo, as I am going to tell you WHY NOT to put your hard earned $ here.) Everything is great.. until you start taking the house!

Just like Velocity (Hamilton Williams) it was an eerily similar situation. Want to manually close out your position to bank $? Forget it. "Common Error" or "No Connection" Errors.

I tried to close out an $880 GBP/USD on a Sunday night- and apparently, they had other ideas in mind. But yet the server worked just fine when I that $880 had evaporated and then bounced to +$200. Connection status was live the whole time. I mean come on- it was a Sunday night- not in the 5 minutes post a Non-Farm Payroll news release. On that same note- you also start to get "No Connection" at not even peak times.

Fills have always been good- but now they have even started not letting you buy when you want. I tried over 30 times to Short a GBP/CHF about a week ago. Never took my order-but yet the same order server allowed me to cancel my order in lightning fast execution.

Alpari doesn't have the liquidity to stand up to anyone who knows how to make money off the market- try it and see! Garnish a 3 straight month winning streak and see your platform suddenly "start acting up."

They are no better than the rest of the Bucket Shop Market Makers out there. FIND AN ECN and save yourself the pain and heartache!

i have been practicing demo chart for about five month now, i wanted to download live account and the platiform, but to my surprise i couldnt. I also want apari broker's policy.

Am afraid to open a live account with alpari, The seem good so far,but feel bad about their requotes and invalid prices they request. I am demoing with them but lost about a 100 pips when they couldnt process my order on time

Alpari have provided very excellant trading platform. Order placement modification cancellation can be done very comphortabally. Order position is infront of you at a glance. You can place orders with stop loss instructions & take profit instructions in one go. also you can open demo account for unlimited time. minimum account size of 200 USD is very reasonable. There daily statements come very promptly. Do open demo account & check the things yourself. I am usung this for last 4/5 months.

I find the customer service quite the reverse of the above review! They (customer service dept) are very quick answering the phone, always pleasnt and very helpful with platform queries. The execution of trades is quick and simple, as far I am concerned this is an excellent company to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending Alpari to any of my colleagues.

i don't think this broker is very good at all.

their customer service is not very helpul and they were cheeky. but the paltform itself is ok and works well on a DSL connection.
