hi i'm new to forex trading...can you please help me out with these indicators

i have been trying to understand these indicators for the past two days,but nothing seems to be understood

if you can pleaseeee....help me..with this like..when to buy/sell and the exit/entry....i dnt understand the graphs histograms...
