CFD´s Online: U.S. stocks continued a global advance, leading the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index to a 13-month high. Bank of America Corp. and Home Depot Inc. led the Industrial Average to its highest close since October 2008. Toll Brothers Inc. increased 16 percent and begun a rally in homebuilders after orders surged and cancellations decreased.
