Put PAMM Link On Signature

I would like to know, whether put a PAMM's account link permited or not on a signature.

If you offer PAMM service completely free, without any commission then you can probably put it there.

Thanks for your quick response.
Just would like to clarify, free is mean no registratation or any period (for example monthly) fee, right? So, the percentage of the profit that will be taken by the PAMM's manager is not be categorized as paid program?

Will a website which gives all info and analysis etc free be ok?
