Yes, but you can usually tell which are genuine and which are not. The ones that are too positive are done by shills, so factor them out - people just don't spontaneously throw praise at their broker - a good broker is one you forget is even there.

The ones that are really negative are *usually* done by novice traders who do not understand the market and are just pissed off that they lost their wife and kids to the forex casino because they don't know how to trade (or they could be done by competitors trying to sabotage their reputation).

Mind you, there are real scam reports out there, but they usually involve too much detail for it to be worth it for someone to fake them. The ones that just ramble incoherently and don't provide any details can be safely factored out.
