Terrible, Terrible VPS service, I can not access my VPS since July 13th for more than 36 hours and despite sending numerous critical tickets no one has responded to me...this is the worst VPS service I have encountered, never go back again...don't waste your time with them, stay away...
NEVER USE SWVPS!!!!!
Their support is the worst i have ever experienced. My VPS went down and I logged a support ticket and never got a reply. 24 hrs later, they still havent replied and all my data is inaccessible on their servers. If you need a reliable VPS provider for forex, my suggestion is Crucial Paradigm. I have used them in the past and they actually have technicians on hand to fix problems as they occur. Their service is excellent too. Please do not waste your time and money with low grade providers like SWVPS.
Finally I use their service less than 48hours from my payment. 3hours after I send my ticket told them about my payment, they replied. And now I'm using their VPS service. They already said on their terms, that it will run less than 48hours. But they don't have online support. I can't have quick answer because no online support. That is one of their disadvantage.
I try to use their service, apply and pay their service for about hours ago, and now I am waiting for their response. I will report for next hours.

This is a worst VPS service, the support not as mentioned in their website as 24/7. Their internet connection confirmed less than 386kbs, it always lagged, disconnected, and the worst case is always reboot the server. It make me loss a lot from my EA

I made payment, 2- 3days were pending.
No response email and tickets.
I requested my money back they deleted my account.
Make a payment, and the account is still pending for more then 2~3 days already.
Make a support ticket and it get back to me after 24 hours because there is no activity after 24 hours, it have been close. What a joke.
I would say it is number one hosting service provider company if counted from behind.
Purchased a Windows VPS from Swvps recently and have been very happy with them. Quick setup and responses to my emails.
this vps service was the worst i have ever used. rude, would cut me off and ban me from emailing to complain. server freezes all the time. support would take days not hours.
im now with Memset, in the UK. price simula but much faster and reliable. uptime 99.9% they email you if something is wrong and they sort it out automaticly if its their net work. or frre system reboots.
No Online Support, Your Server get 2-3days before it is activated...poor support!

My vps is down from yesterday. I just brought that before 3 days ago. They doesnt answering my mail, does'nt reply support tickets. I have all screenshot saved with. I can Upload all those is anyone need proof.
