After placing the order and getting nothing back -waited 2 days - i contacted them by email, to know that they need personal "documents" from me to confirm the order!!! .. if I didn't contact them about it they wouldn't care to let me know what's going on and each time I have to wait for 2 days to get a reply from their support. Not Recommended AT ALL
They are excellent. All done in a flash.Their support team is very professional and helped me setting up my account through their chat.got discount 7$ since i have a gomarkets forex live account. so pay only 28$ a month.no problems so far, this is my 4th month.

I ordered from ForexVPS after checking them out and seen many positive news, as well as hearing from a friend of mine who was trading with them.
I got a support guy called Paul, who was very helpful. I had all emails replied to in under 15 minutes and he was always polite and helpful.
I was up and running in about 3 hours and Paul did everything for me including taking over my computer and installing my EA too.
Very helpful...Got me up and running where another failed...Online help...
I think that this VPS provider is really over rated. They took a long time to setup my service and i don't think that they are that good at support

Have had an account there for almost half a year now and have been given them lots of chances but now it’s enough.
Can’t log on to the remote desktop and sent a mail to support and got a reply that I should contact them on online support that is active 24/7
The first line when I contacted them was:
