HotForex — Forex Broker

Hotforex was my first broker, and hopefully my last, I have no problems with this broker, I started learning forex last year, and I have been doing demo/practice since November last year. I may not be the so called “professional trader”, but as an avid forum reader, I can tell that hotforex has an edge compared to other brokers, mainly their tight spreads and good support team. Now I’ve been trading my live account for almost 9 months, and I’m pretty much happy with my slow but sure profit. I’m at home with this broker and I recommend them for anyone who wants to start forex trading.

I'd been using hotforex for 9 months. it's definitely a very positive experience with hotforex. so far no gliches at all, and I can get help very quickly from the customer service via phone or email when I met up with any problems.

my withdraws never take more then 36 hours, most often it's within 24 hours. since they support many payment gateways including moneybookers, it's fast and without any other charges.

the platform is comfortable and I read their blogs often. it also help me a lot to make good profit.

I don't care too much about the promotion, however some time the bonus always makes us happy too.

I was a master affiliate at Hotforex with earnings around 250 to more than 1000 USD a day, but obviously I was making too much money by driving lots of clients to the Company, so they decided to find dark excuses, pretending I was not using appropriate tools to promote their services, to eject me and take the entire benefit of what I did for them without paying me anymore!

Regarding this Company I had been warned by a fund manager (acmehegde) which told me that clients of him, had problems with orders because that manager realize consistent and regular profits and they certainly manipulate the closing procedure…

I am very sad with this, because I had very good relationship with technical team and directors for a while, trying to build international business with them, before some of them become totally disrespectful with me…

However, regarding my case, I clearly have been ejected because of my commission’s amount and absolutely not because of other factors like unadapted SEO campaigns at all…

So please, this is only my particular case, but I do want to warn you to STAY AWAY FROM HOTFOREX if you plan to really make money…

Hi guys, While I understand brokers have their own tricks, but from my experience I dont think HotForex will compromise on their integrity. I have been with them for over 7 months and so far things have worked out well. Maybe they suit my trading style. But I would personally recommend them to others.

I’ve been broker hopping for a while (like 3 years). I’ve tried different accounts in different companies. I joined hotforex 6 months ago just to try them out, it was good, there were issues with disconnection before, but it was fixed and things are way smoother than I expected. Compared to other companies execution wise hotforex has the edge. I can be a bit annoying since I contact their support team for every little issue, but I have to give it to them they are way to patient and very professional, not to mention they are fast. I have to admit that hotforex is really a good company.

I've been trading with hotforex for 5 months now, and honestly in all 3 years of trading (demo+live) it’s the first time that everything seems to go my way, I have been earning good money, minor issues here and there, but their customer service is excellent. I don't think I will be changing or leaving anytime soon.

I started trading with HotForex in february. Since then I have been very happy with their service. Spreads are good and the execution is fast. There are some small problems from time to time, but clients support is at very good level and if there are any issues they get resolved in a timely manner.

I have been with Hotforex since February 2011 and haven't had any issues either with their support or with execution. The spread is tight and competitive with other brokers. One thing that I would like to lift a little bit extra is their segregated accounts. Segregated accounts basically means that Hotforex as company can't touch your money. People who are on different forums might know what happened with JadeFX and that's not what you want to happen with your money.

I have been a client for 9 months now and I don't have anything to complain about so I can just recommend other ones to at least try Hotforex if you have high requirements.

Unfortunately we are not aware of a case like the one you are describing.

We have also checked our records and we could not find any Live Trading account under the name David from Thailand.

On a more general note, if you have ongoing problems with the HotForex platform it is probably caused by connectivity problems, such as an unstable router, a weak wifi connection etc. It is extremely improtant to have a good internet connection when trading because it can seriously affect the execution of your trading orders. I strongly advise that you get in touch with your internet provider and check the quality of your connection.

Also, if you're trading with our downloadable software, please don't forget that we also have a web-based platform, the Hotforex WebTrader, which will often work better with slower internet connections.

We would like to assure you that we do not drop the server everytime there is volaility in the market. If we did that we would have no customers left as many of our clients thrive on volaility.

This is the first time I see such an honest forex company. There was a problem with their platform and I had lost almost 1000 dollars. I have sent an email to customer support and they have reimbursed all of my losses. Thank you Hot Forex for being great!

am trading with Hot Forex for almost 5 months now and I can tell that this is the best brokerage in my 2 years trading experience. THEY WILL SHUT DOWN THEIR PLATFORM , SERVERS , WEBSITE & TELEPHONE WHEN THERE IS A BIG MOVE & BIG TRADE IN THE MARKET , THEY DO IT ALMOST EVERY WEEK, I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM & I LOST OVER 2000 $ BECAUSE OF THIS... FIRST TIME WAS ON FRIDAY BUT I COULD NOT REMEMBER THE DATE, IT WAS A FAST MOVING TRADE OF LONDON MARKET & I OPENED A TRADE AND THEY SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING , PLATFORM, SERVERS, WEBSITE ,EVEN THEIR PHONE , EVERYTHING WAS DOWN UNTIL SATURDAY AFTERNOON FOR ALMOST 1 DAY.... I am very satisfy with Hot Forex. Accessing from Europe my EA is working just fine with my VPS, and i can trade the MDP EA just great :).... Service is excellent, and I like their free Trade Forex Signals predictions too...

I am a professional trader for 7 years now and many years as an account manager and fund manager. I was working for a bank as a money manager, also.

I have 28 live clients trading with Hot forex and I can tell straight up that Hot forex is most probably the best broker out there.

The spread is the lowest I ever saw. The execution is extremely fast. The service is unbelievable good.

Example: This week there was a problem with the connection and some clients of mine they had some losses. I contact them and i told them about the problem and Hot Forex refund the losses to my clients.

There I said that truly Hot Forex is the best broker.
