Good company to deal with , excellant customer service, I asked for a withdrawal and it was in my Westpac account the following morning. It takes a lot to trust a broker in this climate but if they give me my money back i'm very happy.
I thoroughly recommend GO Markets in most aspects of their service, customer service is excellent, 24 hours for a fund withdrawal back to my bank is certainly fast enough for me.
Satisfied using an Australian company as they are similar to the UK but would like GO markets to have a London office so they could at least at a personal side to their business including seminars.
Have attended a few GO markets webinars and even though they are very good I do prefer seminars in person.
GO Markets refunded a spike from a bad price no question asked. Customer service and response is fantastic.
Searched for a long long time for a broker that wasnt going to rip my hard earned cash from me. Found Go Markets, they have been first class , great spreads and real friendly.
I now hear that the US government has changed the rules and is preventing me from using overseas brokers. I'm not happy about it, Go is regulated and are based in Australia so its not like they are an offshore bucket shop so I cannot see the problem.
I now have to find a new broker because of these regulations , it took me ages to find Go so unhappy to leave them but if you are not from the US and can use them then this company in my opinion are honest , upfront and very nice to deal with. If I leave the US I will be knocking on GO's door again.

I'm giving these lot top marks. No silly 50:1 (I use 300:1) leverage, great spreads, good execution wherever I have been, friendly service. Best broker I have used for OTC Forex.
Was introduced to GO Markets by a friend, glad they did, Trading has been improved since switching to GO , my EA work well.

Go Markets have won a tick as far as i'm concerned,
I had a spike occur on my trade and they refunded me without quuestion, not many brokers do that without a fight.
Servers go down without warning in the middle of the NY session. No technical support. Nobody to contact about this. Their after-hours trading desk is no help with that. When it's after 5PM in Melbourne you're totally alone. That's a huge problem.
Hey a broker that allows US clients and lets me trade with no fuss, great company to deal with , fill speeds are terrific especially since they added new Data Centers.
I hear aussies drink alot of beer and if you carry on witrh the service you are giving then beers are on me if you visit the U.S
i dont like this broker, very delay fills cause my ea to not working, i lost my account balance in 2 days. i go back to alpari now.

Terrible service, attitude from most of the brokers when you call in, they think
they are doing you a favour to justify there massives spikes and bad servers, ive moved to another mt4 provider and requested my funds out of the account, 4 days and still nothing, 3rd call to request them back after completing the paperwork.
