EXNESS — Forex Broker

I have been with a number of brokers and have not seen any as efficient as EXNESSFX to be honst! You can do whatever on your account even if the market is closed. You can change leverage, withdraw, just name it....

It is true that I've had a run in with them over their non-working SMS Code system but everything seems to be working just fine now.

The only thing I can complain about is this: CUSTOMER SERVICE! If not for Michael and one other guy that I know, you would never get any reply to your requests. But overall, this broker still stays on top of others that I have experienced. You get your money faster, which is the most important thing for me!

If anyone finds a better and more honest and effiecient broker than ExnessFx, please contact me!

Here is all proof again and again the real things i want to say Exness is not good broker if you don't believe that open real account with more than ****$ you will see in the beginning you will win and again if you have good system and enough knowledge you will succeed temporarily and then THE REAL SCENE will show off: 1 You will notice big changes in spread and wrong numbers for pairs compared with many MM brokerage platforms' price indication on all pairs.

2. SERVER FREEZE times happens as usual:

3. At news release times they will play much tricky games for their profit

3. Hedging is not working properly

4. They hold the prices for moments and wait till it goes for their profit if you are making scalping.

5. To many requetes all the time

7. TOO BAD EXECUTION

8. Even withdrawal system is automatic they somewhat play tricky action when you want to make withdrawals(two times i tried but still they are saying wait will change security setup for it....and even you claim for making withdrawal again and again there is no point in getting the positive answer.

To be honest i have 2 real account with them i hoped they will do act truly and honestly but my patience come an end when my first account burnt and now trying to close my second account soon and look for another broker, guys if u r familiar with good one just inform me i will pay for any good advice or we may deal ...

Here's a further transcript of a conversation with Exness' 'Live Chat' that went down today for ages as their servers were being set up to defraud their customers.

I tried to close orders in profit, and the system wouldn't let me, then cable dropped to a position where I was 50 pips in deficit then the system came back up.

Tried to get details of their regulators, they referred me to a page in 'Russian' text only, which I'm going to have to ask a colleague tomorrow to translate for me.

If not already with these guys,PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!

These guys are 'sharks' to say the least. Pending Orders don't get filled REGULARLY,'instant' executions often don't execute until the trade is going against you, and they DO NOT respond to complaints, contrary to what others may have experienced.

I've had issues with them for over a week now, and was given their dealer desk and 'manager's e-mail address. Today, when rendering another complaint with Michael (is this a one man band company?),I was told they did send a reply to my last e-mailed complaint - but I had changed my e-mail address (I've had the same e-mail address for over 10 years now...).

If you are newly looking for a Broker, don't go with EXNESS - they are conmen.

BTW, one click executions take 360 seconds to 10 minutes with real account, be aware of these if u wanna open account ... cuz today i am seeing kinda situations these days...

You may say that u have bad internet connection, right? But you mistake if you think so...cuz i have 6 trading platforms, 4 of them demo and the rest are real, and as for the exness, it acts very very bad in news release times others are good enough. So, relating to execution it is 40% which is too bad, and if are wining trade they secretly subtract your money from whole profit you won't notice it if you are not careful, and if u don't believe those, you are welcome to open account and burn you money....Last but not least, FOREX is not casino, in fact is heart of worldwide economies,, BUT as for the brokers they let us be in the game which is not fair by themselves, therefore most of traders like us think that forex is hogwash, but i say depends on mostly brokers.......... EXNESS is not doing its fair and acts as a selfish ... and you guys investigate carefully whenever open and close orders you made, i mean the amount of money, count them, u will see the truth by your own...

Yeah, theyre customr support is gr8, thatwhen I have problems with theyre system; the ONLYcustomer help man 'michal', says to me to just reinstall metatrader - even in the middle of an open trade.

It me again who gave review on FXopen in this site, I thought everything carefully and now have opened account with EXNESS. I wished to open ECN account but telling you guys truth it will be very hard to find pure ECN. So, it's also good if there is brokerage companies even type like Market Maker which works for fro advantages. The most respectful part of this broker is customer service team, if more precisely saying his name is Michael, this guy is very helpful for clients like us. Meanwhile, the withdrawal system is automatic which is good. Sometimes Quotes or busy lines occur as it happens with many other brokers, and as for the execution's quality it is 70% depending on market times.

Anyway, I wish I will stay LONG with this Russian broker. Recommend others it's in fact worth if you don't make mistakes by yourself...
