The market gap for one or another instrument can be defined only with tick history. There is no point looking for a gap on the candle sticks graphs (even on the small time frames). Each candle stick, as you know, show the price range during some time period. Within this range there can be even more than one gap caused for example by the high volatility of the concrete instrument. The pending orders, whose execution price falls into the gap, can be executed with the slippage, i.e. at the first price after the gap, and this completely fits the Client Agreement. During trading account registration in our company you've accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and consented to the all its frameworks.
Regarding your friend, who suffered supposedly damages, kindly inform me about his account number and circumstances of the losses. I know there are no gaps in the eur / jpy there exist only a quick movement, I saw my order was not executed but the yellow-execution, execution delay my guys (I will prove it). try that demo before prices have been executed in touch quickly, and I've asked the guys to be taken screnshot Boker what is a gap or slip 300pips it, or maybe other reasons that you intended, but not answered. after all order my cap and finally loss pavel answered a few seconds later on my feedback but not 24 hours (this shows the lack of professional guys on the client). besides, I know you guys are cheating others like my friend because of loss using your VPS, or a connection that is not connected, or pending orders deleted.

Our specialist Pavel Kulakov has informed you correctly about the reasons of the slippage occurred during execution of the order № 57662620. Indeed at the time of execution there was a gap caused by publishing news regarding JPY.
I draw your attention to the fact that we aggregate quotations from the several large European banks. Correspondingly, our quotations can be different from the quotations of other brokers. According to the 9.9 of Client Agreement «The quotations given to the Client by the serving server of the Company admit by the Client as only reliable». In defenition of the gap the only reliable source can be the tick history on the specific instrument for the definite time frame.
In your case execution of the order was performed in accordance with 25.2 of the Transaction regulations - at the first market quote after the gap.
Hence EXNESS company fullfilled all the commitments provided by the Client Agreement, and your claim is unreasonable.

At 03:47 on 22nd of January a group of news was issued regarding JPY, which caused fast market movement.
At that time order #57662620 hit the opening level, and actual market price jumped right to 119.803, there was a gap.
According to the regulations of gap execution(https://www.exness.com/forex/specifications), the order will be executed at the first market quote in case the price set in the pending order hits the gap and the difference between the first market quote (after the gap) and the order price will equal or exceed a definite pips quantity (gap-level) for the definite instrument.
In this case difference was 30.3 points, which exceeds gap level for the EURJPY, therefore order was executed at first available price, with slippage.
Thus, no execution or quotation errors of any kind during this order execution were found.
May i remind you that slippages are not set up against trader, it is necessary measure when dealing with pending orders.
They may cause extra loss in case of SL, pending stop orders and extra profit in case of TP, pending limit orders.

Exness to my mind is trustworthy broker with exellent trading conditions. For my trading I prefer scalping. I trade in Exness on GBP/USD already for 4 months. For this time there was no any problems with executions, requotes are kept to minimum. I didn't meet more convenient method of withdrawal then in Exness. I withdraw my money on Liberty for one sec.

I kinda like this broker. I am may be quite a newbie on the forex, but I have already worked with several others brokers, so once I just compared their service to EXNESS and chose only this one. In particular it concerns their technical support, which is the best I saw.
Their execution is really fast, so I usually don`t notice any requotes. For now I`m trading gold actually, because I think I feel a little bit nervous in trading with such pairs like EURUSD... They have quite high volatility and you never know what happens next...
I hope to get some experience here and earn much more) You know, people say «Не works best who knows his trade».
