Terrible,Terrible broker.
I have been trying to contact them about my money and they keep sending me a link and when I try to call them whomever I talk to says he will pass my concerns on to the managers.
I am afraid I may have been ripped.
terribly bad. no customer support at all. you cant withdraw no matter what. i reffered some clients to them. made some rebates. have tried to withdraw for ages to no success. too bad. THOUGH STILL TRYING
Slow order execution, slow process, requotes, poor customer service.
Lots of factors that need addressing before this broker can be classed as descent

Hi. I have opened an little account in e-global using my credit card, $300.00, to make some tests. But, I started open trades only 20 day later opened. When I just have logged in, confirmed my account value was OK, $300.00. Then I went to work. I didn´t opened any trade yet. I have showed it to my friend and partner 5 hours after logged and I confirmed: - any one trade opened. When I come back home at noon, 10 hours after logged i naccount. I saw one thing extremely suspicius. In my Metatrade terminal has two opened account, like these: 2010.01.10 at 01:57 AM EURUSD BUY VOL 0.1 with $24 profit. At this time I was sleeping in Brazil. And at the work when I show account to my friend this opened trade i didn´t have this tarde. Another one was opened at 2010.01.11 at 18:07 PM. At this time, I was still at the work and Nobody at my home - This second order was made in EURUSD Vol. 1.0 and -$270.00 profit. They have almost finish my account.
I never had opened these suspicius trades.
