Starting Forex Trading Isn’t Easy with StartForex

April 20th, 2009

The new Forex broker that was listed on my site today — StartForex — doesn’t offer free demo accounts so it’s name looks kind of strange to me. Perhaps, that’s a temporary issue with them and they will start offering free demos for all traders in the future. Their website also behaves …

April 19th, 2009

I’ve found an interesting MetaTrader indicator on one of the Forex forums recently and today I decided to upload it on my site to allow other traders download it freely. It’s called CCI Arrows and, as its name suggests, it is based one the standard MT4 CCI (Commodity Channel Index) indicator. It detects the CCI crosses with the zero level and draws the red …

Broker with Multiple Deposit Options — FXM Financial Group

April 17th, 2009

I added a new broker to the list on the site today — FXM Financial Group. This Metatrader Forex broker is on-line since 2007 and is regulated by the German bank, while itself is based in Costa Rica (a weird mix, in my opinion). Some features of this broker:

  • 2 pips spreads on EUR/USD
  • Leverage up to 1:400

EUR/USD Forms a Doji Pattern

April 16th, 2009

EUR/USD traded both down and up during today’s Forex session. The  U. S. fundamental reports didn’t bother the Forex market much; it just continued to move with the current risk-averting trend. EUR/USD is now trading near 1.3204.

EUR/USD Falls for 2nd Day as News Extend Recession Expectations

April 15th, 2009

EUR/USD continued to trade in the negative zone today before and after the major fundamental reports in U.S. All reports showed either recession-signaling factors for the U.S. and the world’s economy or the purely U.S. dollar friendly values. EUR/USD is now trading near 1.3186.

EUR/USD declined for the first time since Thursday today before the fundamental reports from the U.S. showed that the American economy is still quite weak and isn’t yet recovering from the recession. The currency pair is currently trading near 1.3265.

New Broker for the List — Wall Street Brokers

April 13th, 2009

Wall Street Brokers is the new on-line Forex brokerage company that was added to the Forex broker list on my site today. It’s a somewhat strange broker that is registered in the United States but isn’t regulated by any institution there. It went on-line in 2008. Other highlights of this broker:

Not So Squeezy Trading Manual and Indicators Package

April 12th, 2009

Today I uploaded a trading strategy manual and the corresponding MetaTrader indicators for the Not So Squeezy Forex strategy. The manual is a 21-page long ebook that describes the method of the strategy and the indicators that are required for it. It’s not a very complex strategy and I can …
